If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a walk along the beach. This property can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 rooms and 4 beds at your disposal. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!
Styled by local, award-winning interior stylists, the home is furnished with brand new furniture inside and outside, and is just a one minute walk from the beach. Wake up comfortably and enjoy a Nespresso out on the sunny deck with the sound of birds in the trees around you. When everyone is up and ready for their first swim of the day, grab your towels and head to the stunning golden sands of Culburra Beach to splash in the sparkling waves, then return to rinse off in the heated outdoor shower and enjoy a relaxing day one of the country’s most beautiful locales.
For mealtimes, enjoy lunch cooked in the kitchen and eaten in the air conditioning, or out on the BBQ with the sea breeze and sunshine and your favourite tunes playing on the portable Bluetooth speaker. During downtime, watch Netflix on the comfortable couches or play a game of footy in the fenced backyard whilst your furry friends join in the fun. When it’s time for more adventure, there are bikes and scooters in the garage for the kids to explore the town, and you can make the most of the area’s coastal views and walks at Crookhaven Lighthouse and Penguin Head Lookout at either end of the beach.

About Pets:
Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.

Last minute booking while problems in our home with flooring work. Excellent service from "the Professionals" after TV on way out and Thank you to the owners for prompt attention.. very Good š Coziness and special nurturing products were so needed as in toothbrushes face mask comfy bedding great recipe books and the list goes on. The entertainment space outside would be great under different circumstances. Very clean..
A nice little place to stay. The yard around the house needs some attention, not really dog friendly as there were heaps of weeds we pulled out. The trees leave a mess and no one has raked up for a long time. No dog toys or bowls as advertised. Condiments very minimal. Looks much better on website than real life. House needs some repair work. Screen on front door ripped and flys get in. Iām not sure it is value for money

Really enjoyed my week by the beach in March 2022 although the weather wasn't great the home was warm and cosy. The beds are very comfortable, the furniture and linen are all new and of good quality. The location is perfect for a 1 min walk to the beach. The little town centre has a Woolies, good cocktail bar and other takeaways etc.. The property is dog friendly, bright and sunny (between the rain clouds). I will be back for sure :-)
The yard was flooded significantly requiring a 4WD for access to and from the house . With 2 cars loaded we needed to get both across the flooded driveway to unpack our stuff and needed the car to get out of the property. Problematic for my low lying sports car which meant the water was up past the door on the way in/ out. The unpleasant stench of mud was an unwelcome constant companion. We all got gastro - not convinced it wasn't due to floodwater that we and dogs had to wade through .
Professional Holiday Homes was quick to respond and helped with a number of problems we had, including getting the code for the lock box and attending to a large fallen tree branch across the driveway on arrival. However there was a very full recycling bin for us to put our on garbage night. The bin looked like it had not been emptied for weeks, it smelled extremely bad and it was heavy. The cook top in the house did not work. This was a great concern. IThe oven/cooktop needs to be replaced.
