This is a charming beachside unit on the 1st floor, in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, the Gold Coast airport, and Kirra beach.

Kirra Belle 2 has been updated throughout with new furnishings, offering a bright and cheery setting for an affordable family holiday. Even your dog is welcome to join you as you relax on holidays!

The first floor unit features 2 bedrooms – master with double bed and the second room with 2 single beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans for year-round comfort.

The open plan loungeroom is air-conditioned and there is a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove and microwave.
The bathroom includes walk in shower, washing machine and separate toilet.

There is also off-street parking for 1 car.

The unit is perfect for an affordable family holiday close to the beach with all conveniences within walking distance.

* 1 small dog permitted however there is no private yard or outdoor area. Guests must remain respectful when taking their pet through common areas.

Linen
The property is equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Location
Kirra is located only 5 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 35 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Kirra offers a range of popular take away shops, cafes and bars and fronts onto a spectacular expanse of clean white sand and clear water. Kirra Point is one of Australia’s favourite surf breaks and caters to all surfers from beginner to advance. When the wind picks up, Kirra Beach is a favourite for kite surfers. The beach is patrolled year round and it is a flat, easy walk or bike ride into Coolangatta along the footpath that hugs the beach.

I always enjoy going too the gold coast. This time it was also a great visit. Kirra Belle is a good location close too airport, only a hop skip & a jump. About 20. min walk, Very close too beach & shops.

Stayed for 1 week, it’s cosy but quite old fashioned and could do with a makeover. It’s a great size and the kitchen is well stocked, there is a nice balcony that overlooks the lovely garden. It’s very close walk to Kirra beach & cafes or short drive. The place could improve if they would provide a smart TV and internet
