This highset home is beachfront and we promise you won't believe the view and the sound from your back deck of the tide coming in and out.

This 2 bedroom home although sounding small is by no means a little house. Upstairs will sleep 6 comfortably, while downstairs caters to an extra 3 guests.

Family Room Downstairs: 1 Tri Bunk (Queen bed and single bed) with pedestal fans

Ideal for outside living with the huge expansive deck off the rear of the house, watch the tide while the kids play, read a book on the comfort of the lounge and then finish off the day with a BBQ with enough room and seating to accommodate the whole family. If you prefer to cook inside the well equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher will make life easy.

The lounge room is complete with Smart TV and wifi to access all of your favourite streaming services.

Downstairs has been decked out not only for extra guests or family members , but is a perfect retreat for teenagers or kids of any age, offering a pool table for entertainment . You will never be stuck for things to do or enjoy.

Airconditioned upstairs to keep you comfortable all year round and this house does accommodate pets.

The property is fully fenced & offers undercover car & boat parking.

The boat ramp is only a few minutes drive around the corner, whilst the Salty Squid Cafe and Goody's Restaurant and Bar is within walking distance should you feel the need to indulge.

The best location, walking distance to restaurants and the beach as your backyard. There is a fabulous deck to laze away the afternoons. I think our dog had more fun than we did!

For a family with children the house has a lot going for it as evident in the pictures and fairly child proof. For a couple with a small pet, not so much. The beds were very good. The back deck excellent. The yard needs attention as it is mostly dirt resulting in a lot of effort to keep that out of the house. The access to the beach is dangerous. There is lots of little things that if attended to would raise the property considerably.

Upstairs was very comfortable and nice, lovely deck and view. Great access to the beach. We did not use downstairs and would not have wanted to as it was not very clean.

Impressive. Not only for the short walk through the trees to the beach side bench, nor the parrots returning each afternoon to the bird box adjacent to the deck. Or maybe the brush turkeys in the back yard and on the roof clearing the leaves. Then there's the short walk along the beach to the fishing spot in the channel near the green marker, or if no luck there continue along the path through the park, over the foot bridge to two restaurants. We enjoyed morning coffees and fresh Hervey Bay seafood lunches. The house felt like home, hope to be back.
