A lovely, bright and modern house with ample facilities for a family. We loved walking along the nearby path behind the beach and admiring the lorikeets among the native banksias, hibiscus and pandanus palms. The beach is pristine and nicer than Sydney beaches!

A lovely house, we’ve stayed in the area many times before and it is close to everything. Spacious, clean and comfy. Only negative is that the pool is very cold (even on 30+ degree days) and so we couldn’t use it often. But the beach is super close. We’d stay again.

What an amazing property! Everything was perfect. It is in a nice quiet street close to the beach and shops. Very well equipped. Perfect for our little fur babies. We will definitely be going back.

House had easy access to beach, the SALT complex, and lovely walks nearby. Kingscliff town centre was only 5mins drive. House was comfortable and clean. Plenty of storage space and the 2 separate living areas were good for people with young kids. House is not quite as luxurious as the photos but overall enjoyed our time there.

We love this holiday house. It has it all!!! Great location, quiet street, lots of room - and general great layout. We feel at home, as soon as we walk through the door. I highly recommend Splash.

Beautiful 4 bedroom home in great location 1 block back from beach. Very spacious with pool and outdoor living. Salt village only 5 mins away or bike ride in 10 mins to Kingscliff village.

Great house, particularly for anyone with kids or dogs, with 2 completely separate living areas and an ensuite to the master and large main bathroom located near the other bedrooms. The pool is awesome - big enough to have a proper swim, with plenty of area around it for relaxing and enjoying the sea air. It's a mere stroll to the beach, and only a slightly greater distance to the dog off-leash section of the beach. We had a great time.

Very comfortable house which would be great for families, with 2 separate living areas and even 2 separate outdoor areas. And did I mention a pool which is actually big enough to swim in? Kitchen is a good size, bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms spacious and well fitted out (with good hot water and shower pressure ... not always the way with beach houses). For those like us with dogs, it's strolling distance from the off leash section of the beach. Perfect!

Was great place to relax and had multiple areas for every member of the family any age. Pool was great but a bit chilly, the beach was so close. Easy entry and exit via lLJ Hooker.

Hard to go past this house for a family holiday at the beach. The house is a home away from home with all you will need to have a great holiday. Pool, play equipment for the younger ones, seperate area for your pet, yes it is dog friendly, easy safe walk to the beach, comfy beds and plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. The host has thought of most things to make this an enjoyable place to stay.

Pool is awesome, house is very comfortable, best value for money in the area!

The LJ Hooker staff looked after us with no power to the key box. Thank you so much for coming into the office on a Sunday! Loved the house great u shape which means you could work one side and relax on the other. Pool was perfect. Highly recommended.

This house was amazing for our family, there was play equipment in the yard for our 2yr old, a pool and the location was amazing. We had a fantastic experience through L J Hooker, it was seamless, the staff we amazing and extremely helpful. 110% wil be booking for our family holiday next year!

It would be difficult to come up with a more perfect location (especially in this price range). Easy walk to the off leash section of the beach (for those travelling with dogs). The house has a great layout - would be excellent for multiple families, with 2 entirely separate living areas, and a large kitchen. Pool was lovely, and the dogs were very comfortable lounging around in the yard. Highly recommended.

This is a great house for a family holiday. We had two couples and three children and had plenty of room. We were surprised by this house, it was actually a lot better then we expected from the advert. Its got a lot if space, with two living areas both with large TVs which allowed the kids to have their own space. The WIFI and Netflix were a happy extra. The pool was wonderful and clean with some toys provided. The beds were very comfortable. There were a few concerns with some of the furniture not secured to the walls (2 x TV and Ikea shelves) and the play ground needs some work to make it safe for kids. The master bedroom was very light in the morning and could do with some curtains. Generally we had a great time and would stay there again.

We found the house perfect for our stay. Everything was in great condition and in a perfect location just near the beach and Salt amenities.

Unreal house. Took the family and we had a great time. Bed in main bedroom very low, making it hard to get out of. Solar would be good to make pool useable all year round. Will definitely be re booking this house. Highly recommend LJ Hooker Kingscliff they were nothing but helpful and made the whole experience stress free.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Ideal for a family and it was great being able to take our dog. Walking distance to everything, having our own pool was great. A few more amenities would have been nice (hand soap and more than one bin liner) but we really enjoyed our stay here.
