We stayed here as a family of ten. The property was very roomy with separate zones for adults & children. Would highly recommend for any large family groups

Perfect family accommodation for beach holiday!

We found the house close to the beach plenty of room and well equiped.

Our whole family felt like they were at home from the moment we arrived. The house is perfect for a large group who want to live comfortably together. There are plenty of sitting areas, the kitchen is massive and there are lots of bathrooms. We will definitely be keen to return to this home. The only minor suggestions would be that the windows need cleaning, there could be a few more bath towels and bed pillows available.

Nice large house good position bu the ducted aircon ip stair keeps turning off so sleeping wasn’t great as it’s till quite hot at night

The house proved ideal for a multigenerational family holiday. The room set up and sitting areas provided plenty of individual spaces for the whole family. The house is well set up with everything that you need for a holiday. The pantry is stocked with some basics and equipment required for your stay is provided. Some small bits of maintenance would make the home perfect. The aircon in the downstairs bedroom didnt work and the back door is very difficult to open and close, making it quite challenging with children. Other than that a great house in a great location.

Location is great with easy access to the beach and path for walking. I would however note that the kitchen was missing some basic items such as a juicer, measuring spoons for small quantities (I bought some and left them) and a wiz stick or blender. I love to cook and so the lack of these things made life interesting.

Really happy with our selection of a holiday house for a 5 day stay, the house was huge and accommodated 8 very comfortably!

Lots of room, well equipped for all ten people. Near the beach and with a lovely pool. Property Managers very helpful. Christmas was easy and relaxed.

Good access from kitchen to the outside area and the outdoor shower is useful.

The property met most of the expectations. Location,No. of bathrooms, Kitchen facilities , Pool and wifi service. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. Property needs some TLC but overall very satisfying

Group of 10 stayed for a wedding. Wonderful house in a great location with lots of room to spread, and relax.NRL on one TV, AFL on the other. Well fitted out -a few small storage contaners would be good. The pool and outdoor area was excellent.Beds very comfortable.Would definitely stay here again.

A 10/10 pooch-friendly vacation home. Perfect rating based on location, spacious interior, serenity of very quiet neighbourhood, privacy, comforts and house liveability. Brilliant full-width servery from cavernous kitchen to outdoor patio/pool area means 'the cook' never misses out on being part of the conversation, fun or relaxation. If you want to bring a beloved hound without sacrificing luxury or your own rejuvenation - this is the house! Can't recommend highly enough as short walk to 2km stretch of off-leash beach and on-leash dog-friendly patrolled beach is ideal for a summer family getaway. Ticks EVERY box!

Stayed in this house for a work conference in KingsCliff. Felt like we had our own space because there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Multiple living areas and very spacious home. Close to beach, would be great for a quiet beach holiday. Very clean, comfortable beds and plenty of linen (included in price) - we've rented other houses in Kingscliff before and had to pay extra for linen! Wifi was also included and decent speed for 4-5 people to be using at the same time (mostly web/emails).

Absolutely loved that I was able to bring my two dogs with me. It was great to be able to create special memories with my pups. Had a fantastic stress free stay! Loved it.

I stayed here with my bridal party to relax before our July Wedding. We had enough room for us all to hang out and spend time together, without being on top of each other. Great facilities and the beds were so comfy! Everyone enjoyed their stay and it was a great place to get ready with my girls the morning of our wedding! Book, relax, enjoy!
