Great little house; the covered verandah was an added bonus in the wet weather. Beds are comfy, and kitchen well equipped, tho lacking microsafe cookware (we had to go buy at local shop) Besides the oven being dirty, everything was well cared for & neat. Tip for anglers - The yard can be a bit tight for those who have a boat.We had to unhook 4m boat & manually push back into the single carport. Fencing was totally suitable for our 5kg dogs. A very enjoyable house & easy to enjoy.

We were very happy with our stay, we have stayed in this house dozens of times. The position is perfect close to the shops and boat ramp, the view is great. We will be back again next year.

From the time I selected the property and booked the experience was easy and no fuss. Elders were easy to deal with. The details of how to access were provided in advance and very clear. We took our small dog and we all loved the location and the home. We actually felt like we were home. We will definitely return. Toogoom is so relaxing.

We have stayed at this property several years in a row & it's in a perfect location. On waterfront, short walk to shops & dog friendly with a big yard. It's getting a little tired now & could do with some minor renovations. I've given a list of some issues to property manager so hopefully it will improve a little.

House lived up to all expectations and more. We love the waterviews abd close proximity to shops and boat ramps.

Wonderful location.Good freezer and washing machine. Unfortunately the kitchen was not very well equiped. Old warped frypans, stove not at all clean and the oven door doesn't close properly so you can forget baking anything. We were glad we had our own BBQ as the one on site as not at all clean. The owners need to give the cleaners a bit more time so cleaning can be more acceptable. The dining chairs were not at all comfortable and need a good scrub. The washing basket was so broken it was unusable so all washing had to be carried out to the clothes line in a bucket.
