This is the ultimate family friendly holiday home, located only steps from the golden sands of Tugun Beach.

The house is spread over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas.

The lower-level features one bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with single bunk beds, bathroom with walk in shower and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

There is a casual living room with Smart TV, perfect for the kids after a long day at the beach.

There is also a lovely courtyard area so you can relax outdoors in comfort on windy days! The upper-level features master bedroom with king bed and ceiling fan and second bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan.

The main bathroom is very spacious and features an indulgent corner spa bath and shower plus separate toilet.

The upstairs loungeroom is comfortably furnished, with large flat screen smart TV and has both ceiling fan and reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays including dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, cooktop, fridge/ freezer and plenty of bench and storage space.

There is a indoor dining area that seats 6, or enjoy alfresco dining on the balcony overlooking Tugun Beach.

This is the ideal spot to check the surf in the morning, enjoy our stunning Gold Coast sunrises and sunsets and watch the skyline light up at night.

The property is literally steps from one of the Gold Coast’s most beautiful beaches and only 50m from Tugun Surf Club, with the beach in front regularly patrolled.

Its also located in the heart of Tugun Village, which offers a range of cafes, restaurants and shops.

You can leave the car at home, everything you need is within a couple minutes’ walk.

The property is pet friendly on application, so your dog can join you while you relax on holidays! (Dogs must be approved before booking and must remain in the lower level of the house at all times)

Follow the Oceanway path north to Currumbin / Palm Beach and enjoy the great off leash dog park and beach.

The property offers one driveway parking space.

The home equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. KEYS - Keys are to be collected from and returned to the property manager's office in Coolangatta.

3B is a perfect stay for multiple families, or large family getaways. Having the ocean right there and access both north and south on the wide walkway is perfect for biking/skating. Comfy beds, full size fridge, dishwasher in a well stocked kitchen is handy for making meals, not that I cooked while there. The loungeroom is big and comfortable for 5 or 6 adults, and the deck looking over the beautiful blue ocean is so serene. This is an inviting, older style property by the water so some things may not be brand new, but everything works as intended. I would definitely stay again.

Awesome location! Bit noisy under the flight path but can't beat being 2 houses from the beach, across the road from the surf club and walking to the shops. House was clean and comfortable and the kids really appreciated the toys, blocks and books. We loved that there was a portacot and high chair for our little dude too!

Settled in a sleepy section of the Gold Coast, this Tugan property is hard to beat. Being so close to the beach allowed access to the waves on a whim, while others stayed home to rest. Kitchen stocked with little touches to make our stay warm. Our little black Pug loved the facilities and the waves - this accommodation is the perfect, sleepy, family getaway.
