About the home
The home is designed over 3 levels, offers great views overlooking the foreshore reserve and is only metres away from spectacular Surf Beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite (with shower and toilet) and the open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with smart TV) opening to the upstairs deck with bar style seating with beautiful views over the reserve. Large and comfortable sofas invite you to relax and provide extra sleeping space. Timber floors and contemporary furnishings set the scene for a stylish beachside holiday. Dine at the large table overlooking the foreshore reserve or sit at the kitchen bar and chat with the cook.
Downstairs you will find the second bedroom with Queen bed, and third bedroom with a Queen bed and King Single bunk above it. A large bathroom (with bath, shower and toilet) and a fully equipped laundry is also located on the ground level.
The property has a fabulous outdoor living space with an Electric BBQ and 8 seater outdoor dining table (undercover). After dining, relax on the outdoor lounge or gather around the fire pit looking out to the peaceful and rustic garden. There is also an outdoor hot/cold water shower for a rinse off after the beach and you’re welcome to bring your dog along to enjoy the stay too.
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, pod coffee machine (Nespresso pods), toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.
There are three wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioners in the home; one in the upstairs living room (that also warms the master bedroom), and one each in bedrooms 2 and 3. There are also ceiling fans in the upstairs living room and the Master bedroom.
The home is set up to comfortably sleep up to 7 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One set of Tri-bunks (a Queen bed below and a King Single bed above)
There are also two double divan/sofa beds in the upstairs living room.
A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this ‘optional linen’. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
