Leave the car in the driveway as everything you need for an exciting and relaxing holiday is practically on your doorstep. Bring your pet, who will love the walks with you beside the lake and up to the beach area. Newly renovated, this beautiful three bedroom air conditioned home has one bathroom and the laundry room has a toilet as well. You are just 500 m from Wallis Lake and baths, a great swimming and fishing spot for kids. A leisurely, picturesque 15 minutes stroll to Main Beach. The many cafes, bars and restaurants are on the way to the Beach so you can have a little retail therapy too.
There is plenty of space for your family to relax in the lounge area with gas heating if needed. Gas heating is included. Separate dining area off the kitchen leads to the covered entertainment deck with BBQ overlooking the fully fenced back yard. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all new appliances. Park the boat under the carport . Bring your bikes, fishing gear and surfboards and put them in the storage shed.
The master bedroom has a Kein bed and built in robe, and there are two single beds in the second bedroom. The smaller third bedroom has double bunks and linen and towels are provided for your stay for all of the beds.
Whilst this property does allow you to bring along a pet, all animals must be kept outdoors at all times. Please respect these rules as your pets may inadvertently cause damages and leave lingering smells that are intrusive to other guests, as well as possibly incur charges for the extra cleaning required.

Perfect location
Property was clean and great that we could take our 2 small dogs. You couldn't tell the Property allowed dogs as there was no evidence of dog hair, which was a great.
A lovely quiet street. We also very much appreciated being allowed to bring our little toy poodle to stay with us.

the house and grounds were immaculately clean and tidy, the spaces were very bright, airy and well presented. The yard for the dogs was tidy, secure and big enough. The covered back verandah was very handy for the dogs in the rain we experienced. Well located not too far from the shops and beach.
