This is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Tweed Heads, only a few hundred metres from Coolangatta. Recently completed, The Ivory is modern and stylish with beautiful features and finishes throughout.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor and features lovely views of the Tweed river and even Mount Warning in the distance.

The unit has reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout and offers three bedrooms, all with double beds and ceiling fans.

The loungeroom is light and airy and equipped with comfortable, stylish furnishings and flat screen smart TV. It leads though to your own private balcony featuring lovely views of the Tweed river and surrounding hinterland including Mount Warning.

Cooking and entertaining is easy in the modern fully equipped kitchen featuring stone benchtops, gas cooktop and new appliances including dishwasher and coffee machine.

There are 2 bathrooms – master with ensuite, both with walk in showers and an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The unit also features a generous rooftop terrace balcony with BBQ and is the perfect spot to enjoy the panoramic views over the ocean and river. There is secure parking for one car and lift access to the apartment.

The unit is also pet friendly, so even your dog can join you while you relax on holidays!

Located a stones throw from the Tweed River and foreshore where a lovely waterside path leads into Coolangatta, where you’ll find a huge range of shopping and dining options and of course, the beautiful beach. The Ivory is also conveniently located next to the Tweed Hospital and close to Tweed Bowls Club, Tweed Centro Shopping Centre and Twin Towns Services Club.

The home is equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired locally at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au 

Keys are to be collected from and returned to the property manager in Coolangatta.
