Blissful 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Vincentia NSW. This property can accommodate up to 7 people with 3 rooms and 4 beds at your disposal. This is a beautifully presentedsingle storey home located just a short stroll to the local shops andthe white sand beaches of Jervis Bay. Situated on quiet street and overlooking bushland you'll feel close to everything and miles from anywhere!

This home provides the very best of both indoor and outdoor living, with 2 lounge areas each with large flat screen TV's andreverse cycle AC, guests will be comfortable year round and enjoy heaps of space. Outside has a full outdoor dining set, gas BBQ and, of course, the glistening pool!

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking up a holiday feast and features a Nespresso coffeee machine. Each bedroom is spacious and features built in robes with plenty of storage.

There is much to see and do in Jervis Bay and Whispering Palms is located right amongst it! Enjoy swimming in pristine waters, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and so much more.

KITCHEN

A well equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare holiday feasts. Fridge/freezer, freestanding oven with cooktop, toaster, kettle, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

LIVING

Large family lounge with reverse cycle air condition and large flat screen TV. Second smaller lounge with large flat screen TV.

OUTSIDE

A fenced and secured back yard with outdoor setting with BBQ and pool, loungers, outdoor seating, and shade umbrella (must be left closed on departure)

LINEN

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Please bring your own beach towels.

PETS

This property is suitable for pets and has a secure backyard. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

The swimming pool is not heated. An insulated cover is usedat all times when not in use to maintain its warmth in the shoulder season, however temperatures will vary, and no liability we be accepted for the temperature of the swimming pool.

SECURITY BOND

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). The property manager accepts VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS

This property is surrounded by permanent residents.

Strictly no Batchelor/Hen parties or Schoolies will be tolerated.

Guests that don't respect the property or neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

From the moment we walked into the property we knew we had made the right decision. Immaculate throughout, and very thoughtfully arranged for guests. Everyone was immediately comfortable there, which is always a good sign. We will be back. Thank you to all involved in maintaining it.

The house were very clean and nice place for short holiday. except from the palm tree around the pool because the fruit and the flowers falling from the pool it wasnt clean when we get there so many flowers on the pool. but beyong that it was fantastic holiday. yes were still going back again. but maybe nextime the tree was trim already.

The property is located in a very peaceful, quiet street, yet close to shops and beaches. The property could be improved by the addition of a few more hospitality supplies such as a laundry basket, dish washing brush, garbage bags etc. The pool area is also lovely however we were unable to use this area to its full capacity due to the palm trees being in flower and the amount of bees around (we did get stung). Unfortunately the second tv was not working. The property has loads of potential and if a few maintenance issues could be attended to such as faster wi-fi, new flyscreens, more towel racks, removal of palm tree flower pods, air conditioner to be cleaned, etc, we would happily return.

The home was lovely, very clean and well presented. The outdoor area was great with an out door table setting, large umbrella and pool. The location was very close to the beach and shops. The garden had secure fencing for our dog and the check in/out process was seamless. We will definitely book this home again in the future!

We spent a weekend here with 3 couples and 2 dogs. The location is lovely and super convenient to get to the beaches and the shops. Parking was easy and the layout of the house worked well for us.
We did feel though that a few elements could be improved to guarantee a perfect stay:
- The floors were completely wet when we arrived, which made it very difficult to enter without making the house immediately dirty (it is also a safety risk if you have little kids running inside)
- We ran out of gas half way through cooking our dinner on the first night. The refund after our stay was easy and hassle free, reorganising dinner was unfortunately a bit more of a hassle
- A Nespresso machine is advertised but only 3 capsules were supplied. It is totally fine to ask guests to supply their own capsules but please mention it in the add
- We only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 6 adults for 2 nights, which was unfortunately not enough

As soon as the above items are reviewed, I can see this place being perfect and I would definitely return

Perfect family getaway in a wonderful location, very close to the shops and had all the necessities inside the beautiful and clean home that you could ever need for a family vacation. The beautiful south Coast beaches were just a few minutes drive and the pool was a bonus and enjoyed by the family. Thank you for our amazing stay and we will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time.

This house was great for our family. It was tidy and in a great location, central to beaches, shops and restaurants. The only down was the shower, the water pressure wasn’t great.
