Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, second bathroom and seperate  living area leading onto the entertaining deck overlooking the pool.

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 4: 2 x Single beds This holiday beach house is approximately 350 metres to the Bonny Hills Surf Club and Fat Fish Bistro or approximately 550 metres to the Bonny Hills Beach Hotel/family friendly Tavern and Bonny Hills Garden Centre Cafe where you can sit and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

Bonny Hills is located within a 25 minute drive south of Port Macquarie and 28 minute drive to Wauchope and is a popular holiday destination for people who are looking for that relaxing getaway within reach of the beach and popular tourist attractions.

If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.

If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.

A Security Deposit between $500 - $1000 will be required upon arrival, depending on the property.

Guest will need to provide a valid Credit Card for this amount to be held until a vacate inspection is carried out and nil damage or loss is reported.

This security deposit can then be used to cover any damages or loss and the credit card provided may be used if the total of damages or loss exceeds the amount held.
