Imagine being only four minutes walk from sinking your toes into the golden sands of one of the South Coast’s finest beaches, and only a fifteen minute drive to the world-famous white sands of Jervis Bay, where you can swim, surf, or just float in crystal clear water and dry off under the shining sun. Your four-legged friend can run for kilometres and the kids can splash in the waves whilst the adults relax.
This sun-filled villa is beautifully furnished and perfect as a home base for your family holiday down the coast. Inside you can relax with the family on the couch and watch a movie or battle over a board game at the table. Maybe head outside and relax with a cold drink and a book in the courtyard whilst you listen to some tunes on the portable Bluetooth speaker. When it’s time for dinner you can whip up a meal in the kitchen or enjoy the cooling sea breeze as you sizzle some steaks on the backyard BBQ. Grab a chair and a drink to watch the sunset turn into the most magnificent display of the Milky Way you’ve ever seen.
In the mornings, enjoy an espresso at the breakfast bar to fuel a full day of adventure. Warrain Beach and Culburra Beach are close by, as is Penguin Head with its breathtaking view off the headland. There’s so much to see and do, and so many different ways to unwind. However you spend your time in this beautiful vista, this home will ensure you’ll make happy memories to last a lifetime.

About Pets:
Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.

Place was ideal for a short stay that's close to other facilities. Main bathroom door got jammed due to joint expansion that could lock someone inside by accident, this needs to be fixed. Had a good stay and was confortable.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our break at Villa Zelma with its ready access to a fantastic dog friendly beach for walking/swimming/relaxing and easy walk to the headland at Penguin Head as well as the main shops (which are also a quick drive down the road ). The house was comfortable, well equipped and well designed - at one stage we had 4 adults a teenager and a labrador all able to enjoy spending time together. Looking forward to being able to do it again.
Overall not bad
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the home and most of all our puppy had a blast.
Beautiful property! However there was no dishwashing liquid left in the bottle and no garbage bags for the bin in the kitchen.
Featuring a patio with garden views, a garden and barbecue facilities, VIlla Zelma, Culburra beach , close to Culburra Beach and 1.6 km from Warrain Beach. Guests can enjoy the free WiFi throughout the property. The holiday home features 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms with a shower. If you would like to discover the area, fishing is possible in the surroundings. Very nice and friendly staff,I recommend.
The villa is located in a great position with only a short walk to the beach and local coffee shop. Very clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable. A lovely place to relax with the family.
Really nice family beach house only minutes from beautiful Culburra beach. The beach is dog friendly so we were able to take our toddler and dog down to the water. Clean and tidy house with great outdoor area.
Villa was very neatly kept and had all the essentials needed. Self check in process was very smooth. Detailed instructions and inclusions all provided prior to check in. Very clean and modern place. Convenient location for our stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!
Stayed 7 days with my wife and pet dog. We all found the unit very comfortable and clean. It had supplies in the cupboard and fridge if your forgot to bring with you. A plus to me is the TV in the bedroom. It is in a good location closed to pet friendly beach, shops and a very good club. It is not far from good walks and beautiful scenery. I will be coming back.
