We had am amazing stay at Kingfisher during winter school holidays. I worried that it might be too cold and nothing to do, but I was wrong. The house equipped with wood heated and it was enough to keep the entire house warm. The service was great and we had everything available. We want definitely come back. A big thank you for having us.

This was a great house with great facilities. Daisappointed about the coffee Machine, needed special pods which neither Woolworths or Coles stock, were told there would be a couple of pods to get us started but none supplied, probably because they couldn't get them. As there is only 1 Bathroom for a 4 Double Bedroom house would suggest mirrors in the bedrooms would be handy. In the bathroom there was 3 containers of Hair Conditioner but no shampoo. These didn't impact on our Stay

Enjoyed our stay, this property had all the requirements that were needed for a family holiday away from home. Will stay again if we are in the area next year. Thankyou

Very nice and tranquil

Property was in a good, quiet location. Close to Huskisson and Hyams beach however it is not exactly a 10 minute walk to the beach, it’s a 10 minute drive. It wasn’t very clean to be honest. Dog poop all over the front yard when we arrived so we had to watch our step and bedsheets we’re not changed, there was hair and crumbs in one of the beds so we had to wash all the sheets before we could comfortably sleep in the beds. Under couches and beds was dirty too. Not the cleanest but great location.

The house was super clean. It was a little surprising to see two doors locked (made it slightly spooky at first haha). There are plenty of utensils and kitchenware so it was convenient to cook at "home". The ad indicates 2 bathrooms, but I would say it is more like 1.5 bathroom.

Spent a week at Kingfisher during cold weather. Made the most of the fireplace. Lovely! Great place for families and yard is very secure for dogs (not that we bought ours) and they would be safe with high fences.

The home was very clean and nice! I recommend this place to everyone with family.

The kingfisher property had all of amenities for an enjoyable family vacation. Centrally located to Jervis bay and town. We went as 8 adults and had plenty of room to rest & relax. Having it pet friendly was an added bonus we decided to bring a dog last minute.
