There's room to sleep 8 people and boat parking! Older style norwester family holiday home with polished Jarrah floorboards and well equipped with all you will need.
The home has three bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed and single bed, third room has another queen bed.
There is also another single bed in the sleep out.
Sleeping a total of eight people!
Fully fenced, pets allowed with prior approval and close to the Exmouth town centre.
Great parking for boat with boat turnaround area.
This is a real 'home away from home'.

Great location and awesome house to stay in if you’re in Exmouth
Great location and a great house, especially if you are a larger group. Lot's of capacity for those who fish or dive (love the big filleting and washdown shelf out the back), and a great balcony for the end of the day.
Stayed here with a family of 8 over Easter school holidays and loved it. Great location. While Cobia is not modern or flash it has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were spacious & beds were comfortable with aircons & fans. The showers had plenty of pressure & hot water. The large verandah / sleepout was perfect for family dinners / games nights with a drinks fridge. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessities. It even had a fish cleaning station! We'll be back :)
