Such a big house with good views and amenities. Very well organised. Children room is the best, they had lots of fun. Beautiful balcony. Very well maintained and ample parking.

Even having known it was a big place, it was even BIGGER than expected.. the sheer magnitude of the space towers over any other property in the area and opens itself to uninterrupted views of the ocean from it's north facing windows. Can't fault anything from the property as it met all of our needs for a group of 20. The abundance of bathrooms throughout the house was a huge bonus and definitely not the norm that we are used to. Thank you for the space, Top marks all round!

If your coming up to Rye with a large family this is the perfect home to stay in. This house is extremely spacious indoors and outdoors with a double kitchen including everything that we needed, all very neat and clean. plenty of cupboard space and beautiful ensuites. the kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed a game of snooker. the host is very accommodating we had a rattling noise on the roof, it was fixed within the hour of contacting the host. will come back any day.

We just celebrated my Dad’s 89th here and the house was excellent for a mixed family event. It looks and worked evan better than the photos look to accomodate and entertain several families at once. Would thoroughly recommend this home!!

We are a family of eight and the house was more than big enough for everyone to find their own space. Having two levels allowed the oldies to separate from the young ones. Both kitchens were stocked with every appliance that you would need. Towels for the pool were supplied. The enormous deck was great for outdoor entertaining. The swimming pool was quite large and the back yard was great for the dog to run around.

We had a fantastic stay at Top class Rye for a family group. Lot of space indoor and outdoor. Kids enjoyed a lot . It could have been much better if the pool was heated .

A fabulous location, the Verve dream were exceptional and the sea views were so relaxing. The place was clean, warm on arrival (heaters on) which was just fabulous and welcoming and our children loved the pool table and games.

We had a great stay at this house as a group of 12 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for all of us, was so great having separate bathrooms for each couple. Communication was great.

A great location with lots of rooms and plenty of space for the larger family like ours or a groups of friends. You can easily connect with others but also find you own space easily.

The girls weekend at Rye was very successful, the house accommodated everyone very well. There was one issue that occurred on Friday evening on arrival. I saw a mouse in the downstairs large bedroom, again there was another mouse upstairs in the blue kitchen and in the bedroom behind the kitchen there were mouse droppings on the bed and under the pillow. This really upset one of of the guests who is petrified of mice and unfortunately she chose to leave.

A perfect set up with large pool, sensational uninterrupted vista of the Bay, two kitchens well equipped with glasses, crockery and condiments, a Webber and large BBQ, three lounge areas, multiple fridges and wine fridges. Short walk to Rye shopping strip and short drive to Rosebud plaza. Enjoyed nearby Park run, beach walk to Rye Pier and Enchanted Maze and Zipline. Plenty of off street parking. Plenty of outdoor seating and tables. Great!

This home is spacious and great for large groups. Its like two homes stacked on top on one another. Plenty of cutlery, plates, cups etc. Clean and the most amazing views. Highly recommend.

This is an outstanding property with a nice swimming pool, a billiard table, and a built-in look out which is a favorite for most guests. The interior design is excellent, plenty of equipment to use. Very clean. Verve were friendly and helpful; delivered an extra bed at request; and because it was available, we were granted early check in and later check out... thank you! If I must say something less favorable, that may be the double beds which we, the spoiled people who are used to King Sized bed, found a bit small. Many thanks for offering the place.

Large and lovely home, perfect for groups and families. Far bigger than it looks in pictures with three living areas, three decks and a separate pool area we had enough space to hang out, and do our own thing. Great entertainment with TV's in most rooms and the living areas, lots of cool air conditioning, a beautiful large pool which got a thorough use on a 38 degree day, a pool table and big entertainer kitchen(s!) All we needed and more, we hope to return again next year.

Large house to accommodate families having a holiday together

As you look back the venue was perfect for our family and the house was so huge it eliminated a lot of noise. The views were awesome and loved watching the ships sail by. Thanks again was a grand perfect place.

A group of 20+ spent a weekend at the house, we absolutely loved it. House is spacious, clean, well taken care of and perfect for a group getaway. Close to beach, shops, but in a quiet area. Stunning property, suitable for big groups, felt very much like home.

There are so many good points to this property that it was hard to capture all I had to say. Suffice to say that we were stoked with the property and all its appointments: pool, billiard table, multiple tvs, telescope - all of which were utilised. Easy walk to beach. Overall a very easy booking process for such a wonderful home.

Wonderful place that sleeps 20 or more very comfortably. Impressive amenities and you have to stay a week to fully appreciate how nice everything really is.

Great view, also the convenience of group / families staying together and having privacy when required. The booking process was very smooth, clear detailed communication before visit and timely response for any queries. We could not use pool as not heated, but there is enough apart from the pool to spend a few days. Perfect place for large groups. Highly recommended.
