We had a great time at Bluetopia. Very spacious. Even though the weather was quite cool, got to use the pool once. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic week at this great house! The separate living areas meant the adults could relax in peace and quiet while the kids enjoyed the games room. We had great weather so we were hardly out of the pool! So close to everything on the Mornington Peninsula. The house had everything we needed and was a real “home away from home”. The backyard was secure for our doggo too and she loved the walk down to the general store when we got coffee and croissants every morning (fantastic coffee!!). Thanks for having us, we’ll be back!

Fantastic family friendly home in a beautiful location right on the door step of Rye back beach and the general store which serves the best coffee! The kids loved the heated pool and the separate kids space with heaps of games. Easy checkin and we were provided with a late checkout which was great! Highly recommend.

I love this property and have now stayed here twice. It is great for my puppies, with the fully enclosed back yard and is just so comfortable

Such a beautiful property! Location is quite and close to the ocean beach. Very clean, spacious for our big group. Loved the separate area for children and lots of board games. The pool was solar heated but weather was around 18-20C only, so the pool was quite cold for us. On a warmer day I guess it’s the best 🙂 thanks for hosting our families!

We had such a fantastic stay at Bluetopia, we did not want to leave! The house was spotless and spacious, and a lovely space to relax. Garden and pool were very well maintained. Excellent location - we loved the easy access to the beach walking tracks. Highly recommend for a relaxing break.

House was very spacious and accommodation good. Very well kitted out and everything needed for a the break was provided. Pool area needs some attention; (weeding between the slabs, for example) and area within pool fence required sweeping on arrival. On the whole a great holiday retreat and would return. Good service and communication with Verve. We leave with good memories.

The property was perfect, clean and well appointed in every aspect. Really easy to enjoy for the week we were there, close to a cafe and minutes walk to amazing back beach tracks. Very pet friendly and secure, had no issues what so ever. Will be coming back again many times during the year.
