About The Home

This charming home is fully furnished with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious, air-conditioned living area with a Smart TV.

All bedrooms are located downstairs, along with the main bathroom, and the laundry/second bathroom.

A separate building houses the second living area, a kitchenette with microwave, and the second toilet.

Your outdoor pets are also welcome.

With ample off-street parking, the property is also a choice location for surfers and fishermen, with some of the Island's best surf beaches within a 3-4 minute drive, and the Newhaven boat ramp just 5 minutes away.

Shopping for supplies couldn't be easier, with the Cape Woolamai shopping centre a mere 5 min drive away.

And if you feel the need for something more, the cafes, shops and restaurants of San Remo are located just over the bridge! Book your next holiday at "The Cape Escape", and treat yourself and the family to a trip you'll remember for all the right reasons.

Bedding Configuration

The home is configured to comfortably sleep a combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 10:



Bedroom 1 (downstairs): One Queen bed

Bedroom 2 (downstairs): One Queen bed and one Single trundle bed

Bedroom 3 (downstairs): Two sets of Single bunks

Bedroom 4 (downstairs): One Single bed (plus one set of single bunks suitable for small children only)

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.

The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.

Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.

House advertised as 2 bathroom but only one internal bathroom. No flywire screens and lots of mosquitoes. No instructions on TV and not a smart TV as advertised. No way to light BBQ- no matches or working ignition button
