About The Home

This is a lovely, pet-friendly home in Cowes, a mere five-minute drive to the main shopping precinct and its supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The ground floor houses a light-filled open-plan kitchen / dining / living area (with smart TV, DVD player and Netflix), which opens to the outdoor setting.

The master bedroom features both a walk-in robe and en-suite (with shower & toilet).

There is also a fully equipped laundry, a separate toilet and internal access to the garage.

The first floor contains two further bedrooms, an additional living room (with TV, DVD player, PlayStation and Wii, and another bathroom (with shower & toilet).


Outdoor Areas

Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a fully enclosed rear yard with BBQ and outdoor setting.

You’re welcome to bring your pet too – best suited for small/medium dogs.

There is ample parking with a remote-control single garage (with internal access) and space for another vehicle in the driveway.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a Caffina coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc.

you would expect to find in a home away from home.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are three wall-mounted reverse cycle split-systems; one in each living room and one in the main bedroom downstairs.

There are also electric blankets on the two Queen beds.

Bedding Configuration

The home is configured to comfortably sleep up to a maximum of 8 people:

Bedroom 1 (downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Two sets of Single bunks Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.

The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.

Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
