About the home
This property is on the foreshore of Surf Beach and will have particular appeal to families. Pets are also welcome. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Upstairs is the Master bedroom with en-suite and separate toilet and an open-plan lounge (with split system air conditioner and TV), dining and kitchen. Downstairs has three more bedrooms, a shared bathroom with bath and a separate toilet as well as laundry (with a second fridge). The fourth bedroom doubles as a kids retreat with couches, a TV, DVD player (with approx. 30 DVD's) and a Table Tennis table.
Outdoor Areas
Outdoor living is catered for with the fully enclosed yard (pets welcome) and 2 outdoor settings (seating up to 12 people) and a hot & cold water outdoor shower. There is space for parking for one vehicle on site, with additional parking available on the street.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with modern cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge (2nd fridge in laundry), dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating & Cooling Systems
The home is very well serviced by wall heaters in 2 bedrooms, portable heaters in the other 2, wall mounted air conditioning in the Master Bedroom and upstairs living room. There are additional portable fans.
Bedroom Configuration
The home has 8 beds accommodating up to 8 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Two sets of Single bunks
Bedroom 4 doubles as a 2nd living area.
Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.

We were two families with many teenagers for a weekend. This house was wonderful. Lovely views, clearly owned by "true" surfers (which the hubbies and teens loved), lots of room to spread out, comfy beds and the cooling breeze flows through beautifully when the windows are opened. This house blends comfort and "beach holiday feel" perfectly. We would definitely stay again.
