Fun loving 60's style house with two bedrooms and open plan sunroom transformed into a bedroom.
Located between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay shopping villages and only a quick walk to the beautiful Shoal Bay beach, Little Beach boat ramp or Wests Diggers Club.
Large enclosed backyard which is perfect for pets, air conditioning in the main bedroom and enough room to park a boat on the grass area out the front.
Open kitchen with dining area and another dining area in the main loungeroom, internal laundry with washing machine and the 2nd bathroom make this is a wonderful original beach house.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the house, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no party policy in place.

What a great stay we had! Conveniently located from the beautiful beaches of Shoal Bay or a walk to Nelson Bay. The house has everything you need, fully equipped and very spacious. Our beagle loved staying there and there was plenty of room in the back yard that was safe and fully fenced off. The house was equipped with all the necessities plus it also had things that I normally have to bring with me! Spacious kitchen fully equipped, comfy beds to sleep in and lots of space for everyone.
A great stay for my friends and I, the photos don't show the much more modern interior (especially the main bedroom), it was spacious and only a 15 minute walk to the centre or a 10 minute walk to the beach. Great backyard that came with a ball! The fridge got a little cramped at times but that was okay :) All in all, HIGHLY recommend.
This house is nice very nice & I will be booking again very soonish I really enjoyed my stay as it ticked all my boxes except one little tick just needs a clothes dryer for five stars
I luv this house its the location if you like the club & nature walks as I do booking again soon .A dishwasher would make this five Star rating
