Only a stones throw away from the beach this modern duplex provides water views from the sunny front balcony and offers outdoor dining at its best in the undercover entertaining area overlooking the 6 seater spa, bonus of being pet friendly (outdoor only) and suitable for a small breed of dog.
Tri-level with three bedrooms, two living areas and plenty of space.
The main living area has a rear projector giving you the feeling you're at the movies.
The property also has reverse cycle air conditioning, free WIFI and Netflix provided.
The fully equipped kitchen has been completely renovated and fitted with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities.
There is an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and second toilet.
The dining area opens out onto the alfresco undercover dining area and gas BBQ, this property is perfect for families or couples, enjoy a casual walk on the beach, national park walkways or be more adventurous and try the sand dunes, camel rides or surf schools.
There is a double garage with internal access and room on the driveway for a boat and third vehicle, we also manage unit 1 so this is sensational for 2 larger families to be able to go away together but still have their own space.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the unit, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you,small pets (outdoor only)and no party policy in place.

We had an absolutely wonderful time while staying at Sunset at Birubi. The house was lovely, had everything we needed, the welcome gifts were very much appreciated and the outdoor garden and spa just wonderful. The service from McGrath was also top notch. Sitting out on the front terrace reading my book while overlooking the beach and sunset was a highlight. We have stayed at Birubi 6 times now and will be back again next year
This place was absolutely beautiful, well taken care of, clean and very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys beachside living.
What an amazing property, it had everything. Close to the beautiful Birubi Beach where you can watch the whales cruising past during their migration. CInema with so many great movies and great living and outdoor areas. Highly recommend this property.

Loved our week's stay here at Sunset on Birubi. Beautiful decor on the 2 lower levels. Minute's walk to an amazing beach. Felt like we were truly on holiday with a spa and a big screen. Could walk to a coffee shop overlooking the beach. Neighbours in attached duplex were noisy in the beginning but most of our week was quiet. Would love to stay again.
This was our second stay at Sunset at Birubi. We love the house, its amenities and the location. The house is very clean and so easy to relax in. It has all the comforts of home, including a great data projector, outdoor spa and a fully equipped kitchen. The yard is very private and the neighbors are very quite and friendly. It is a hone away from home, only the beach is just up the road!!! I will definitely return, again! Thanks.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Modern and clean. We loved sitting on the verandah every afternoon watching the sunsets. Our kids loved the outdoor spa. And our dogs loved the beach every morning and afternoon when Birubi beach is off leash. We will definitely stay again.
