We loved our stay at 26 Bonito with our family and fur child. The house itself is gorgeous and well appointed with unexpected extras like snacks, drinks and coffee pods which was a nice touch. There are two distinct living areas- one for play and one for quiet relaxation. I loved the garden, the mid century/ scandi decor and the calm vibe of the home. It was the perfect place to chill and reconnect and a short stroll away from bagnalls beach. Thank you for a great stay!

We have just returned from a delightful week's holiday at 26 Bonito St. This stylish house is a relaxing haven with easy access to Bagnall's Beach. The house was perfect to fit 3 couples with ample space for everyone to be together or retire for some quiet time. The sunny garden was perfect for brunch, watching the birds go about their business in the trees, and lazing with a book. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a holiday from home, only 2.5 hours from Sydney.

This is the second time we have stayed here, it is a very clean and light bright house. it is on a nice flat block easy to get in and out of, big house and very private. 2 minute walk to one of the best dog friendly beaches around that area it is close to everything and the owners are great. our pugs love it here. PS , my wife loves the new ensuite and the styling.

This is the 4th year we have stayed at Bonito, and we had a great time as usual. Nice to see the ensuite has been updated and some other nice little updates. We love the location of the property, how well equipped it is of the essentials and how comfortable we feel there. It is our home away from home.

We stayed a week at the house and could have easily stayed longer. The house is spacious, comfortable and very family friendly. We were able to take our dog which proved to be a great thing as she loved the very close dog beach. The location of the house is quite and central to shopping, beach's and restaurants. We will certainly stay here again.

Had such a great Xmas stay at Bonito. As many other reviewers has said, the property is well appointed, situated and beautifully maintained. Labrador Bruno had a wonderful time too.

Lovely house and location. Enjoyed a relaxing week of beach, dining and shopping. Only complaint is that it could do with a spider spray and replacement of blown light bulbs, but this didnt hinder too much

Amazing house!! great location, clean, size, amenities,will definitely go back.. Only minor things to point out is the ants. Being a dog friendly house, our pooch was stressed every time we were out the back. Ants crawling up his legs and biting. Remotes were dirty with finger marks..Rusty batteries made the remote inoperative.

We enjoyed walk-in down to off lead dog beach for the evening sunset and have all the shops/marina/cafes within close driving distance. House was very clean and we enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 26 Bonito and were very happy with the layout of the house and the amount of space. It is a beautiful home with a wonderful location. Our dogs loved the walks and paddles on the pristine beach as did we. I would absolutely recommend this property for a great holiday. Cheers Anne and Alan.

Great location.Every mod con you could ask for.Comfortable beds, sunny light filled sitting rooms.The courtyard was very pleasant to sit out in.The owners have done a great job with the house and I would highly recommend it.A bonus having cycles to use too.

We loved our winter stay. The house has everything you need. Comfy beds, warm bedding and heaters, interesting books, DVD collection and games. The sunbathed courtyard area with cane chairs was the best. So close to the water - a couple of minutes walk. A highlight was the picturesque walk along the bike path to and from Nelson Bay with our dog.

Great location, lovely home, very comfortable, clean and extremely well positioned to the dog beach for 3or4 walks and swim's each day.

If you love a holiday house which is pet friendly look no further. Fenced yard, dog bowls, beds, towels supplied and the perfect location to the dog beach. The house and yard are very well maintained and the kitchen fantastically equipped. The house is positioned one min walk to a footpath, which is the most stunning coastal walk into Nelson Bay town centre. (15min easy walk) Highly recommend

Yes, the bathroom does need updating. I found it hard to sleep with the skylight over our heads. Maybe the bed could be moved or the skylight have a shield on it. This house had everything we needed for our holiday. Thank you

Love this house. Comfortable, great location and close to the dog beach. But, mattress in master bedroom is too soft and low to the ground. Ceiling fan is too noisy to be used at night and the oven could come into the 21st century.

It's all been said before, except the en-suite needed a little TLC. Great garden and location.

This is a unique experience. Due to the generosity of the owner it is like having your very own beach house, just the way you like it. Everything you need is here to a high standard. Our dog enjoyed his beach access and we loved the location too.

This was a perfect home away from home. The house is surprisingly well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days away. Our dog had the time of her life bounding along the sand, chasing birds and meeting other dogs. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a great time in your house. Very spacious, with everything that was needed and more, even Netflix. I would say that the photos in the website do not make justice to the house. It is much better than they appear The fact that it allowed dogs was a big plus and being 1 block away from the doggy beach was a treat. Will come back

The house was stunning with everything you needed in the kitchen by way of pots n pans and utensils. It had a great set up with two living areas and a level lawn for the bocce games. My elderly mother enjoyed the easy access and extra handrails in different areas. The dog was more than happy. We have been holidaying in this area for over 40 years and will certainly return be returning here.

The house was set up beautifully for bringing your four legged friend on holiday with you. Plenty of space for the teenagers too with two very defined living and sleeping areas. We would definitely book again.
