This is a 3 bedroom holiday home rental situated on the doorstep to the natural wonderland of the Pacific Palms area. The stunning beach at Seal Rocks and the Myall Lake and Smith Lakes boat ramps are within 10 minutes, Blueys, Elizabeth & Boomerang Beach are within 15 minutes and the breathtaking Wallingat, Booti Booti and Myall Lakes National Parks are also just minutes away.
Set on 25 acres of private bushland, Warialda invites guests to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with family and friends amongst its natural surrounds, so you leave feeling rejuvenated.
The established native garden connects the subtly zoned areas that include the house, an orchard, the tea garden, a harvest garden, a nature playground for the kids, two dams and a fire pit to be enjoyed on those cooler nights.
The property has a well-appointed fully furnished three-bedroom house which sleeps up to four adults and up to 3 children comfortably, so 7 in total. A portacot can also be provided upon request.
Picturesque views of the property can be enjoyed from all rooms of the house. The house is surrounded by an established native garden with orchard, harvest garden and nature playground.

All amenities can be found on the ground level except for a large loft bedroom upstairs.
The house has been organised with families with young children in mind without creating inconvenience for others. The property is also pet friendly, so pets are welcome with prior approval from owners – and subject to conditions.
There are three bedrooms in total that sleep up to 7 comfortably. Two queen rooms and a room with two king singles plus a pull out trundle. A portacot is also available upon request.
Bedding is not included, however available upon request.

The well equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay including:

The home is set on 25 acres with approximately 12 acres of bushland.
Herbs and vegetables are grown in the Harvest Garden. Guests are welcome to use produce from the garden but we ask you to be considerate of future guests and only take what you need.
We have a variety of fruit trees throughout the garden including Ruby Grapefruit, Lemonade, Kaffir Limes, Plums, Oranges, Grapes, Lemons, Mandarin and Macadamia Nuts. They all fruit in different seasons and guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruit if it is ripe. We ask that the fruit is only picked when ripe and that guests leave some for future guests to enjoy as well.
A nature playground is provides extra fun for kids of all ages. They’ll enjoy the swings, hopscotch, climbing activities and child-sized park bench, all mainly made with natural materials.
The wilderness is the bushland beyond the dam. It is fairly dense and untouched but there are walking tracks through it and it can be fun to go spotlighting at night. This area is a haven for native wildlife so please no dogs or other domestic pets in this area.
Guests are welcome to use the fire pit in the cooler months when fire bans are not in force. Firewood is provided.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept outside. There is a large deck with dog kennel under cover as well as an enclosed dog shelter - large converted chicken coup. Dogs must be kept on a leash if walking through the bushland in order to protect the native wildlife.
