The property was really well prepared with everything you’ll need in a 2 days stay. Linens, bed sheets and towels were there well set and ready to use and sleep in. Comfortable beds, a lovely leafy backyard and outdoor sitting area with table, lounges and BBQ. The location is excellent; very short walk to the beach, ocean baths, shops and cafes/restaurants. Pacific Coast Property were very communicative, easy check-in and on hand for any issues.

My family of five myself ,husband and three children 14-year-old son 11-year-old daughter six-year-old daughter and our fur baby think Sandy Toes was the best accommodation for a holiday we’ve chosen in about 10 years. We will definitely stay at Sandy Toes again. Thanks for having us.

It was a very nice self-contained property in a good location, given I was playing in a tennis tournament at the Forster Tennis Club on Lake Street. It was good to have access to Netflix and high speed wifi.

The house has been tastefully renovated, offering an open planned living area and great facilities. It is a quality home. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent. We were so impressed we have booked for another stay.

Keys ready and I was advised when I could collect. Property well presented. Very clean it had everything required for a comphy weekly stay. A fab location.

Pet friendly definitely number 1 importance for us. Large secure yard. Close to Forster. Lovely seaside feel.

Awesome place to stay. Very central to nice cafes and restaurants. Loved being able to bring our dogs.

Wonderful home with a huge, secure dog and kid friendly yard. The rooms are good size and all the fit out is quite new and fresh so was a lovely stay. The kitchen was very well kitted out...from all the cleaning products and utensils to coffee pods for the coffee machine...which made it feel like home. The house would suit couples or a family with a few kids as the bedrooms are quite spacious. Great outdoor furniture, parking for boat and cars secured.

We stayed in this lovely very clean house for 5 nights with our rescue greyhound Lily. We just loved it. The yard was 100% secure, the back deck was large with a good outdoor lounge setting and table to seat 6 people. Plenty of secure parking. The bed was comfy and everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen, it even had a capsule coffee machine with capsules supplied. The wall decorations and prints created the beach side atmosphere.

Location Location. Park the car and walk everywhere. Main beach and ocean pool 7mins, Wallis lake 2mins, shops and cafes etc 5mins. Pub 2mins. The house was lovely & a very rare find in the main part of Forster. Secure backyard for my toddler to run around in and modern comforts within the home. Master bedroom had a very comfy queen bed. The other queen in 2nd room.. not as great (in my opinion) but it wasn't used by us, just an observation. Would recommend.

The house was poorly cleaned, we found toenail clippings on the floor and hair in the bathroom. The lawn was very overgrown and not pet friendly and the back screen door was jammed and unusable. BYO linen was inconvenient and not in line with surrounding accommodation and the checkin/checkout process could be done better with the keys locked at the property rather than having to drive

A great location and clean, well furnished house!

This house is in a great location, close to everything. Easy walking distance to some great cafe's and restaurants. The beaches are also an easy walk or not to far to drive for the ones out of town. The response time to any question was really quick. The pick-up and drop off for the keys was very simple, we had our dogs with us and they loved the place with a great back yard to run around in. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in town.

The hot outdoor shower was a hit with the kids coming straight back from the beach.

Great place for kids and family dog, very short walk into town.

The over all experience was great, the house is in walking distance to the Main Street. And close to restaurants and clubs as well. The house is updated and a great size. Great backyard for kids, and a really lovely neighborhood. Check in process was super easy!! We had a great time, thank you so much.
