Hi Had a great week. Needed - at least 1 more fork, a cork screw or similar as no way to open a wine with a cork, more tongs. It is very tired but also has great “extras” and I guess the price reflects the run down state.

Felt that the house is a bit tired looking and not as clean as some others we have stayed at, window coverings (especially curtains) definitely need attention!!!! Position great and very private outside area. Kitchen bits and pieces OK for the time we spent there. We flew up so had to rely on people nearby for sheets and towels so we got through that problem BUT it may be a problem if we book this house again.

Lateeze property was a perfect place for our family catch up. It was roomy, pet friendly and close to the beach, shops and clubs. The rooms are furnished with missed match pieces and I can't decide if it's quirky or just filled with nannas cast off. All up in a quiet spot and we most likely stay there again.

We loved the house in Yamba! It was dog friendly & had a side yard for our dog to run around. The house was roomy with 3 beds (one having 2 bunk beds in it). The main bedroom had an en-suite. You have to take all your linen, towels, hand towels for the bathrooms, beach towels & tea towels. The living room/dining room was a large size to accommodate everyone. It also had a double garage, with bikes & surf boards, beach cart & a fooz-ball. They have DVD’s & plenty of games. We‘ll be back!

Absolutely loved this private quiet location but also only a stone throw from the beach, clubs and town. Gorgeous home away from home, and best dog friendly home I’ve ever booked. We will be back.

Large house handy to Pippis Beach, Yamba City Centre and Restaurants. Clean except yhe vertical blinds and curtains were mouldy. We didn't really know where the pool was even though there was a fob key for it. More information regarding the pool would have been good.

Very enjoyable few days and very grateful could bring our dog too.

Modern home with easy access to beach & shops

House was perfect for a family with kids and a dog, great location. T.V could definitely use an upgrade, but perfect otherwise.

The house was in a nice quiet spot at the end of the driveway. Nice and clean. The yard was perfect for my little doggies. The garage was big enough for my car and the tinnie. Nice and close to everything. I would highly recommend this property if you wish to take your fury family with you.

We just completed our 6th annual Yamba 3 week holiday @ LaTeeze & it was as good as ever. Top of the range for comfort, cleanliness & close proximity to beaches & 'down town'. Had a different take away meal every night. Very relaxing. The girls (2 Labradors) loved it, especially the new dog door. Thanks FN Yamba for your great service & help.
