This two storey beachside residence which accommodates up to 10 guests has living space in abundance with its huge living area downstairs made even more spacious by opening the doors to bring the outside in.
The paved floors downstairs help to keep this property cool in those hot summer months and if need be reverse cycle air-conditioning is a button press away.
If you are coming along in winter then the beautiful log burner in the lounge will be perfect to sit by and watch the storms roll in over the ocean.
Prepare the family meal in the kitchen which is located off to the right of the living area, and enjoy with a glass of your favourite wine at the large dining table, complete with large romantic open fireplace.
Upstairs you will find a large kids retreat complete with Television,full size snooker table and a sofa bed, or enjoy more of the fresh sea-air on the expansive first floor decking, with its amazing views out across the beautiful Geographe Bay.
There are three bedrooms, with the master located upstairs which has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort, and a further two bedrooms downstairs one housing a king size bed and the other containing a set of bunks beds and two singles, Siesta also offers three bathrooms, with one for each bedroom.
As an added bonus take a stroll up the beach to 5 star Flametree Winery or Wyndham Resort and experience sensational Margaret River dining at Tobys Restaurant & Bar or indulge in relaxation at Escape Day Spa.
Geographe Bay is protected from the rough seas of the Indian Ocean by Cape Naturaliste, which makes it a popular destination for recreational boaters.
Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a Party or Wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, may be closed down immediately. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full.

Linen is optional & can be ordered when the booking is confirmed. The cost is $25 per person for a linen pack which includes the bed made with top & fitted sheets, pillows slips, bathroom towel, bath mat, hand and face towel.
If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above. All beds will have doonas, doona covers & pillows.
This property is supplied with toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags.
