Fantastic position, right on the waters edge, right in the centre of town as well. Easy walk along the Foreshore walkway to the fish co-op, and great bike ride to the main beach. The house is comfortable and well fitted out. A BBQ on site would be nice, but we bought our own small travel BBQ. Great having a large double garage as we travel with a trailer and kayaks and bikes. Also a easy walk to the IGA for extra supplies. We will definitely be back.

This property is amazing. Plenty of room to spread out and so well equipped with everything you need. And the view is outstanding. This was our second stay at this property and it won’t be the last.
Very comfortable and well kept property. Lovely breezes and good block out blinds for a great nights sleep.
We had a great time at this well appointed apartment, the views are magic , all the appliances are good quality and the lounges very comfy.
This house is in the perfect location however it isn't accurate to describe it as luxury. The double bed is very old and uncomfortable and the lounge is dirty microfibre. The furniture needs replacing to make this place worthy of its position and price. A bbq is also lacking.
Perfect location for family walking distance to shops very cumfy good views the only negative is no barbecue all in all great spot for holiday
As regulard visitors to the area we have stayed in many of the holiday rentaals around the area. And river luxuary would be in the top 3. Location Perfect, facilities are second to non, large living areas, comfy beds, numerous TV's lock up garage and a fully stocked kitchen. Its a home away from home and will be top of our list for acconodation next time we go back. Only two minor concerns, if you were staying there with smally children you may be concerned about the access to the river and perhaps installation of a BBQ at the property other than that its an 11 out of 10
Have stayed here on four occasions,and will probably stay here a hundred times more. The spacious,airy,and bright villa is second to none,with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. There is a five minute walk to anywhere, and the view over the bay just brings a smile to your face every day. Have inspected a few rentals in Iluka,but nothing comes close to this one.
