Property Manager's Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is continually being reviewed to ensure that we are taking into account developments associated with Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have amended our cancellation policy in alignment with advice from the Australian Federal Government and the ACCC.

This policy is continually being reviewed as the situation unfolds. If you are unable to travel due to travel restrictions, we will issue a credit for the amount of money paid (less any commissions paid to online booking agents such as Booking.com, STAYZ, Airbnb, etc.) otherwise, our standard terms (outlined below under the section Cancellation) will apply. This credit can be used at any property within our portfolio within 12 months from the removal of the travel restrictions by the Australian Government.

Cancellations and Date Changes ::

Cancellation:

If a guest requests to cancel, we will reopen the dates for sale across all available booking channels and will endeavour to rebook the dates. While every attempt will be made to secure a full paying booking, a discount may be applied to the rate in order to secure a booking. This discount will be based on industry and business knowledge and will not be preapproved or reviewed with the guest as it will be subject to further change at any time. Cancellations may result in a loss of the total booking amount. All cancellations will incur 10% of rental fee, cancellation fee and the non-refundable booking fee.

The following scenarios apply:

If we can rebook your dates for the same rate, the deposit will be refunded less the booking fee and 10% of rental fee cancellation fee. If we need to discount the property to rebook the original dates booked, the deposit will be refunded less the difference between the rates, the booking fee and 10% of rental fee . If a replacement booking is not secured, the guest will forfeit any funds paid. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover you in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. ::

Date changes:

Date changes are only possible at our discretion and may incur cancellation fees as well as rent charges (against the original booking). Any additional rent charges due to changes in season or length of stay must be covered by the guest.

Changes made by us:

All bookings are made in good faith of ongoing short term letting by owners however may be subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the owner(s) of the property which are outside their control. Reasonable actions will be made by us to offer alternative accommodation should this occur. If there is no alternative accommodation available a full refund of the amount already paid will be made. We will not be liable to refund any fees guests may have paid to any third party in connection with their stay, including but not limited to fees for travel, insurance or activities. In the event that the property booked is listed for sale, the guest agrees to allow the owner or agent to inspect the property with the prospective purchasers, by appointment and during reasonable hours.

About This Property

Awesome 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in RYE VIC. This property can accommodate up to 7 people with 3 rooms and 4 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a walk along the beach. Your pet is welcome inside this property! Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

Strictly NO SCHOOLIES groups. We, unfortunately, don't have the systems in place to manage schoolie or young adult bookings under 25

Flexible COVID 19 change policy applies for all bookings if in lock down COVID Plan in place. 

Across the road from the iconic 16th Back beach and the scenic Peninsula rugged coastal walk, the home is set on a large private block and is just the place to recharge the batteries.

Designed for easy holiday living, this modern, updated home boasts a lovely north facing rear deck and an ample grassy back yard. The kids will love a game of backyard cricket or a game of hide and seek amongst the native trees whilst the adults can relax on the sunny deck. At night, there is a firepit bring your marshmallows !

Entertaining inside is also a breeze, with the open plan living area opening through sliding doors to the back deck. 3 large bedrooms are positioned at the front of the house where you can lull yourself to sleep by the sound of the nearby ocean.

Tasman Surf House is also ideally located next to the Number 16 General Store for your morning coffee. This home and location has it all for an ideal family getaway.

rye Hi the house was ok but there was a few things I did not like the shower had no pressure the bed was hard and no wifi and had to bring my own sheets for what I paid I should got everthing with the price and should get a refund
