Comfortable Nothing special but comfortable for 4 adults and 2 dogs for 2 weeks. Bathroom could do with a reno and gate really does need to be fixed.

About This Property
Holiday Hideaway: 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Kalbarri WA. Enjoy your holiday even more - bring your pet with you! Air conditioning will keep you cool. This property can accommodate up to 8 people with 3 rooms and 4 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ or a walk along the beach. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!
This 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom older beach house has just had some major work done to it and has been painted inside & out.
There are 2 Bedrooms with a Queen bed in each & 1 Bedroom with 1 set of Bunk Beds & 2 separate Single Beds. So big enough for 2 families.
Ceiling fans are in every room and a Split system COOL ONLY air con in the Lounge & Dining room which has a lovely Dining Table that seats 8 and a huge comfy Leather Lounge with TV,DVD & CD player.
The Kitchen is well stocked & has everything you need inc a Microwave, fridge/freezer, oven & stove and has a lovely separate chill out area with a separate smaller lounge to sit and relax as well.
The Laundry is spacious and has a Large Auto washing machine
. There is a separate Toilet and Bathroom with Shower and Hand basin.
At the front of the house is the Patio area with NEW BBQ & Outdoor furniture that is protected from our Summer Southerly winds. There is also a under cover carport and plenty of parking for cars and boats all this and it is just a short stroll to town the river & the golf course. The property is fully fenced and has low double gates to access the property. There is not a lot of Lawn and the front area is all natural bush.
All beds have mattress protectors, pillows & comforters on them. BYO - Sheets, Bath towels, Bath Mats & T/towels.& extra blankets.

Linen & towels ARE NOT provided at this property. The property manager does have a linen hire service for your convenience.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.
Our magical National Park Gorges with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Perfect house for one or two families Great spot for a holiday with 4 adults and 1 child. Room for 2 cars and the boat to park. We did bring the dog up but unfortunately outside there wasn't much grass due to the retic not being on and the gate wasnt very secure so we wernt comfortable to leave him in the day. Inside has been well renovated as mentioned when booking and the location is excellent only a few minutes walk to the water and restaurants. 4 stars because some work still could be done outside, there needs to be a new outdoor setting which is currently ripped and also all the taps leak quite a lot. Still a great holiday away and would stay here again.

Value for money accommodation Great size for our group of 5 adults and 1 child. We had 2 vehicles and a boat, with plenty of room for all. Clean and comfortable. Convenient location. All the necessary facilities - gas cooking, fridge/freezer, TV, microwave, washing machine. Recent renovations and new furniture made it very livable. Would definitely rent again!

Fantastic makeover We stayed for 7 nights, loved this property it catered great for our needs. It has just been renovated and was lovely to walk in to a lovely clean home. So close to shops and the beach/river we rode our bikes everywhere. I would definitely recommend this property it has everything you need supplied other than your own linen. Once the lawn is a bit more established it will be even better. Thanks Kalbarri accommodation for your hospitality and recommendation on 4 Cornell Place.

Below average I understand when you book a property which would be classed as "cheap" over the Easter long weekend you expect that you wont have the added luxuries of other properties of a higher value, however what I don't think is acceptable is having a property available for rent for holidays that is filthy. The floors when we walked in were dirty - sand, mud, grime etc. All the cutlery and dishes that had previously been used by previous tenants all needed rewashing every time we wanted to use something. Nothing at all in the house is provided, basic things like shower mats & tea towels - these are not listed in items we needed to bring and if we were aware we would have. Its a basic house, walkable to the beach - but I question why its still allowed to be rented out to people who are on holiday. It needs some serious love and money spent on it to bring it up to an acceptable short term holiday rental standard. Wouldn't rent again.

Average accomodation Average place to stay. No decent cookware, lounge furniture old and greasy, add says new aircon and it had blown up before we got there, all round it needs money spent on everything and was not worth what we paid for our weeks holiday. Can't recommend it.
