This is a uniquely positioned with direct deep water creek access immediately to the front of the property. Ideal for boating enthusiasts and water lovers with ability to reverse your boat trailer directly into the water from the property and park on the jetty for the rest of your stay.

This split level home combines the ultimate waterfront lifestyle for your next holiday. The house was built to maximise water views from every Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Rooms and has Sunny North facing Entertaining Area and Separate Breakfast Bar.

The upper level features L Shaped Lounge + Dining and a Kitchen all all new appliances with 1 Bedroom and Bathroom. Step down a level to the other 3 bedrooms + bathroom and Garage. Garage can take 2 cars + 2 more cars on Driveway.

The garden leads out to the waterway, which has another breakfast style bar right on the Water + Jetty and Boat Ramp. A short walk across the Rail/Road Bridge to IGA, Grog Ship, Fish & Chips and Butcher.

The house has air conditioning in the living areas and fans in the bedrooms. It's Northerly aspects picks up a beautiful N/Easter breeze most days through the warmer months.

This getaway is perfect for families or couples to enjoy and relax for the perfect holiday no matter the time of year.

Note : The house is 200m to the Rail Line which does not bother most people. Trains run 2 x 2 times/hourly until 8pm then intermittently through the night then again first thing in the mornings. We have stayed in the property and don't notice but we feel that we need to mention this.

Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.

All reservations operate under a strict No-Party & excessive noise policy as this property is in a residential area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy.

Guest Registration : Before guests are able to access the property, we will require an online ID check (scan drivers license) and also a visual Credit Check (scan credit card). The names on the ID and CC must match the name of the guest. The Guest Registration Document that we ask the guest to sign is a PCI compliant, encrypted and totally secure and trusted process, now used by 75,000 guests. This process is consistent and similar to what Hotels require for for ID prior to allowing access to a room.

Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property.
