The space is perfectly set for gatherings and reunions with multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. Cocktails on the balcony or gaming in the upstairs lounge; you choose. There are 5 delightful bedrooms each with their own unique set up and storage space which will ensure everyone is happy and catered for.

There is much to see and do in the beautiful Jervis Bay area: swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin and whale watching cruises and much more.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.

Pets

This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced, back yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Arrival and Departure Times

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Parties, Functions and Gatherings

This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.

Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.

Excellent location close to dog friendly, family friendly beaches and close to some great snorkeling sites. Nice to not have to get in the car to access any of these locations.
