The home's modest entrance conceals its treasure. A cool blend of beachy boho furnishings set against an original retro backdrop. The space is perfectly set for gatherings and reunions with multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. Cocktails on the balcony or gaming in the upstairs lounge; you choose. There are 5 delightful bedrooms each with their own unique set up and storage space which will ensure everyone is happy and catered for.
There is much to see and do in the beautiful Jervis Bay area: swimming, snorkelling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin and whale watching cruises and much more.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Parties, Functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay.
