Great location - walk to beach. Unit is large and comfortable with Ocean views. However deck does not have any shade, so it is too hot to sit out on, or gets wet when raining. Has big area down stairs, but really needs a bar fridge as upstairs fridge is too small and only just takes food for a large family.

Three fantastic beaches are just a short walk away from Bimbajong,Main Beach, Convent Beach andPippi Beachor choose from any of the other beautiful beaches in Yamba - Lovers Point, Turners and Whiting Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky's Beach & Back Beach. Or choose from fishing and water sports in the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah.
Park the car and walk to the gift stores, boutiques, grocerystores or cafes, bars and restaurantsin Yamba's Main Street, less than 600m away, or take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is also located just above the main street in Yamba. It is all so close. If you don't feel like walking, there's always the courtesy buses, which are run by both clubs, plus the Yamba Shores Tavern if you feel like a meal and a drink on the river.
Yamba's largest shopping centre, Yamba Shopping Fair is located on the way into town on Yamba Road, approximately 4.2kms away, or 9 mins drive. This facility includes a Coles, Target Country, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside this complex in Treelands Drive, arecafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.
Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 20 minute drive away from Yamba, and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bagpipes. Iluka is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of River St and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up Iluka's main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club,Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Fishermans Co-op.
Major towns of Ballina and Grafton are within an hour's drive, both with airports, larger shopping facilities.

Uplifting view of breakwater and ocean horizon. Don't be put off by the outside, this is a wonderfully comfortable property. The upstairs is spacious, light, and sun filled. It is sensibly, and comfortably furnished. The kids or guests will love the large roomy self-contained downstairs area with own TV, DVD etc. Many older renters will appreciate that a little dog would be happy here. The owner could clear away the bamboo and other foliage downstairs to give doggy a bit more room, but if he likes to watch in on you from the front verandah, he will be happy between his walks to the nearby dog friendly beach.
