Magnificent 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Kangaroo Valley NSW. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. Air conditioning will keep you cool or enjoy the game on the TV. This property can accommodate up to 8 people with 3 rooms and 3 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck and the outsanding view. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!
Located within easy walking distance to Kangaroo Valley Village, this is an award winning architect designed home set on 5 acres with beautiful gardens, a pool and breathtaking views of Wedding Cake Mountain and beyond.
The gorgeous scenery can be taken in from the wall to wall double glazed windows in every room.
The house is set 200m back from the road to ensure privacy and quiet.
An extensive renovation was completed in June 2015 and the home is more spacious and comfortable than ever before.
The house features a brand new kitchen, 3 queen bedrooms with luxury mattress toppers and linen, a full bathroom featuring a deep cast iron bath and an additional toilet, a huge open plan living and dining area with cathedral ceilings, loft and wood burning fireplace, and additional living area with a 60 TV.
It comfortably sleeps 6 adults and offers additional accommodation for 2 more, if required.
The house has fully ducted air conditioning and heating in addition to the fireplace and ceiling fans.
The prize-winning garden has been featured on Australia's Open Garden program.
There are 2 acres with over 370 heritage roses which bloom most of the year and manicured lawns in the front of the house, a salt-water in-ground solar heated pool behind the house, stunning views of the surrounding valley and mountains, a one acre home paddock up above the pool with a large grass terrace perfect for ball games and more than 2 acres of bushland on the hill above the property where wallaroos graze occasionally.
Help yourself to delicious produce from the garden and cook up a meal inside or outdoors (there is a wonderful outdoor kitchen with Ilve stove, a large sink, refrigerator and dishwasher).
The new owners love to entertain and have young children and a dog, so the house and grounds are child and pet friendly and set up well for families or groups of friends to have a fabulous time.
Well behaved, mature dogs who are up to date with flea, tick and worm treatment are most welcome.
There is an outdoor enclosed area to contain your pet when you go out and the front of the property is fenced when the driveway gate is shut.
Please note that the property is no longer a bed & breakfast; guests will have the house, pool and grounds to themselves for the duration of their stay.

Great Location Thanks so much for having us stay. It felt incredibly like home and had such great touches making it extremely convenient like proper coffee machine, board games, Hairdryers and even a lovely fireplace! Great location near the main centre of town. Even dog friendly! Sparkling clean. Clear about instructions and fantastic communication, very efficient. Such a great place to just relax. Definitely would stay there again!

I recently stayed here with my husband, our puppy and two couples. We had an exceptional stay at this pet friendly home and couldn’t have asked for a loren perfect weekend away. The room sizes were comfortable, the multiple indoor and outdoor spaces exceptional and you can’t beat the gorgeous pool out the back. The fire pit was one of our favorite nightly activities and there was plenty of property for the family dog to run wild around during the day. The home is clean and tidy and furnished really nicely too. The home is also a short walk to the shops and pub if you wanted to leave the confines of the comfortable home. I can’t wait to come back again soon.

What a wonderful house. Not sure I want to tell anyone about this house - prefer to keep it a secret. Clean, comfortable, great amenities and location. Had 6 adults, 1 grandchild and 3 dogs and it was perfect. Loved the new fire pit and plenty of room for all of us to roam around inside and out. Dogs loved the grounds and grandson loved neighbours horses. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home - we will be back.
