Clean and well appointed. Excellent family home, which allowed us all the privacy of our own rooms. Our dogs enjoyed the spacious back yard. The house is very clean, well appointed and located a short walk away from the beach and cafes.

This lovely Three Bedroom brick home is freshly painted throughout & is a lovely place to stay.
There are two Queensize bedrooms with built in robes and one Single bedroom with two King single beds and built in robes.
The bathroom has access by either the hallway or from the single bedroom, great for the kids, there is also a shower with seperate bath and toilet in this bathroom. There is a separate toilet in the laundry area which also has the washing machine.The kitchen is fully equipped & well stocked with a gas oven & electric stove, fridge/freezer & microwave.
The lounge has the TV + DVD with lovely sofas to relax in.
The dining room and lounge room are all open areas for a nice easy flow which continues out to the large back under cover patio area where the BBQ is with veggie & garden beds + fruit and mango trees if your lucky to be here at the right time to pick your own fresh fruits. Large lawn area and a fully enclosed fenced backyard.
There is a reverse cycle air cond in the lounge/dining area and main bedroom, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
This is a lovely property and you will enjoy your stay here, very close walk to Golf course also the river and town center..

Our magical National Park Gorges with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly pirate playground.

Perfect location Cottonwood is a great family house with a big backyard for animals or to store a boat all the rooms were spacious. The house is situated in a quiet street with walking distances to IGA or down to the foreshore.
