Budget 3-bedroom holiday home in Coledale NSW. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. Ceiling fans will keep you cool or enjoy the game on the TV. The top level of this Wollongong holiday house has been made available for you to enjoy your next escape. Just 2 doors back from Sharkies beach, this location is hard to beat. 

Featuring an open plan lounge and dining room along with the original kitchen. Leading from the lounge area is a wrap around verandah which is generous in size - a great spot to take in views of the beach whilst cooking on the BBQ.

There are 3 bedrooms allowing you to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.

Bed Configuration:

The main bedroom features a double bed and ceiling fan
2nd bedroom features 4 single beds (2 sets of bunks)
3rd bedroom features a double bed and a ceiling fan
Second living area with a fold futon bed

The main bathroom features a bath/shower combined and also a washing machine for your use.

Best of all is the location being so close to the water and a short stroll away from Coledale's rock pools, cafes, the RSL and great takeaway shops. Plus if you are staying on the 4th Sunday of the month - why not check out the Coledale markets at the local school.

All linen is included (Except beach towels).

THINGS TO KNOW

This property is a large house that has been split into two. There is a permanent tenant who lives at the bottom. All access to driveway, gardens and amenities is all separate.

The property is pet-friendly with a large backyard. However, the back yard is not fenced - the deck is fenced and suitable for smaller dogs.

Although the tiny strip of shops in Coledale can be traversed in a few minutes its offering are rich. Cheddo’s café and restaurant has the flair, sophistication and freshness of any Mediterranean eatery with a light filled setting and pastries calling your name from the marble bar. The cellar next door has an impressive wine, cider and beer selection. Coledale RSL offers beverages at the best prices in town and Schnitzels that could feed a family.
