If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates.

About The Home

Some of the many features of this remarkable four bedroom, two bathroom, two living area home are detailed below: ** LUXURY MINERAL HOT SPA ** Indulge in a therapeutic mineral hot spa, in the outdoors with a garden view.

Mineral spas are well known to be good for your body, mind and soul.

Mineral hot spas help to heal many ailments, reduce pain, repair damaged skin, and literally wash away stress.

An outdoor shower is nearby and perfect to use after relaxing in the spa or coming in from the beach.


 The fully sheltered out door living area adjoins the family room and is equipped with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture to seat 10.


A 60" LCD flat screen TV is set in the formal living area conveniently located next to the kitchen.

Double glass doors lead to the outdoor deck and spa area.

The children can play in the rumpus room, which is equipped with its own LCD TV.

A collection of board games is available for your use and convenience.


The modern, fully appointed kitchen features a walk-in pantry, and is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine (takes whole coffee beans), toaster, kettle, etc.

plus a large fridge (with a second fridge in the garage), dishwasher, cook top/oven and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc.

you would expect to find in a home away from home.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The main living area is serviced by a split system reverse cycle air conditioner, and there are panel heaters and fans in all bedrooms.


The property is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure environment for kids to play on their own.

In addition, the lockable double garage provides secure vehicle parking.

Bedding Configuration

The home is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of eleven.

Bedroom 1: One King bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Two sets of single bunks

There is also a double fold-out divan in the second living area suitable for one adult or two children


A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'.

The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed.

Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
