As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fresh, modern ambiance. The main living area boasts refreshing air conditioning, ensuring your comfort even on the warmest days. Unwind in the cozy living space with a board game or two, playing tunes on the Bluetooth speaker, perfect for setting the mood for your holiday.

The home offers you glimpses of water views of St Georges Basin from the main bedroom and includes a spacious deck area out the front, where you can savour your morning coffee.The fully fenced rear garden provides a safe and private space for your children to play and your pets to roam freely.

This holiday home is conveniently located a mere 5-minute walk from Paradise Beach, Palm Beach, and Basin Walk, perfect for lazing on the sand or leisurely strolls. If you fancy some retail therapy, the local shops and a charming coffee shop are just a short walk away. St Georges Basin Country Club is also within walking distance, offering a range of activities.

  • A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
  • Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
  • Fencing: The property is fully fenced rear garden - front garden is unfenced.
  • Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room.
  • There are 4 cctv cameras. For security and safety of our guests and owners, these will be operational during your stay. There are two at the front, directed at the front door and gate, and two at the rear directed at the back door and the side gate.
  • We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
  • For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
  • After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. A pre-authorisation will be held on your debit / credit card from 7 days prior to your arrival until 3 days after check out.
  • No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

About Pets:

Pets are allowed inside the home. Guest must have their own pet bedding brought with them. Pets are not permitted up on beds, couches or any furniture items at all, excess hair that is shed must be cleaned up by the guest as well as pet droppings collected and disposed of by the guest before departure. Not following these items related to pets can result in extra charges due to cleaners having to spend additional time doing these things and guests will be charged the extra fee.
