A contemporary double storey holiday home with relaxing and inviting décor will allow you to unwind with all the creature comforts you could need.
This residence will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and dining, separate children’s entertaining area and alfresco dining. Its design allows friends and family and children to socialise and commune but also have their own space.

In the heart of the home, you will find the gorgeous open plan living and entertaining area with floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out to the balcony making a seamless transition to alfresco living.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, separate walk-in butler’s pantry, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

A comfortable lounge area is adjacent to the kitchen complete with a flat screen smart TV, complimentary wifi and a large low line couch for cosy evenings in. The master bedroom complete with a large ensuite and a large built-in robe is also located on this level.

Downstairs comprise of 2 more bedrooms, bathroom, open lounge, and direct access to the back yard.

In the surrounds enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native bird life is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles. You will most likely see a mob of kangaroos, numerous native birds, foxes, hares and keep a keen eye out for the family of dolphins that cruise up and down the bay in the morning and late afternoon.

We stayed for a weekend and loved every minute. The house was beautifully presented with quality furniture and fittings, it was spotlessly clean and well organised. There were games for the children and the well equipped kitchen generously included some essential items and a few non essential items. My husband and children fell in love with the large TV, the garden was a delight for me and we all enjoyed the fabulous view of the golf course. Beds were super comfortable and spacious.

I just want to thank you for the stay at your beautiful house in Troon Drive! It is a fresh, clean, generous and spacious place with a warm and welcoming ambience. The outlay which met the needs of the family, was very conducive to have a relaxing time. Particularly in the evenings spending time on the verandah looking over the golf course and watching kangaroos and the sunset. Easy to keep clean and great spacious, well stocked kitchen to cook meals! Easy living!
