The the perfect family beach house, only 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Birubi Beach, Worimi Conservation Lands, Cafe and Skate & Recreation Park.
Two-level beach home with a relaxed atmosphere will cater for all your holiday needs and keep everyone entertained.
Upstairs you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with timber vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Step out off the dining room to a stunning wrap around deck, that is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Three bedrooms are located upstairs with Queen beds and reverse cycle air conditioners and ceiling fans in all.
Downstairs you will find the fourth bedroom with a ceiling fan, an additional sitting area with a ceiling fan and another bathroom which has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity.
Downstairs also offers a kitchenette - perfect for bringing families together under one roof for a holiday ! Entertaining in this beautiful family holiday home is effortless with the wrap around balcony area which flows directly from the kitchen to a dining area, plus outdoor paved dining area surrounded by lush tropical ferns and palm trees - the perfect place to sit back and relax after a big day on the beach and sand dunes.
The property provides an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Please note this property has 2 exterior security cameras installed which face the front driveway only.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels).
The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Pets are welcome at this property, but not allowed upstairs or on furniture and beds.

Overall, the property was very comfortable. It could have been cleaner, windows dirty and floor needed sweeping in areas. The downstairs bathroom needs upgrading, the sink and shower are too small and there is nowhere to put your toiletries. Downstairs could do with some heating as well. Kind regards Anne Eagar

This property was perfect for our needs... With two families staying we felt that every need was met. The house was clean and tidy and had more than enough to accommodate to our needs. Having a large fully enclosed yard was also perfect for the kiddies to play and we were so close to the skatepark and beach that there was always something to keep them entertained. Would definitely recommend this property and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Good location & comfy beds. Toy room a nice touch for families with kids, however shelving not cleaned for some time. Lack of property maintenance was disappointing. BBQ not maintained, day bed filthy and unusable. Decking in poor condition with many nails sticking out. Suggest you warn guests not to be barefoot on the deck. Window blind mechanism in most bedrooms not working. Ceiling fan control in downstairs bedroom not working, therefore unable to turn the fan on.
