The home is just a short stroll from everything that Sanctuary Point has to offer including stunning St George's Basin, the dog park, several children's parks, the supermarket, cafes and the Country Club.

Styled and decorated to an exceptional standard this home also provides a perfect blend for the family holiday with a downstairs Rumpus Room with Xbox, darts and a smart TV and an upstairs open plan lounge and dining with an additional smart TV and vast entertaining deck.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

LIVING

Upstairs - Open plan living and dining area with a combustion fireplace, smart TV (BYO streaming services) and reverse cycle air conditioning. Comfortable seating for 8 and formal dining for 6; leading out to a large covered outdoor deck with dining for 6, comfortable seating for 4 and gas BBQ.

Downstairs - The Kids Retreat! A super cool Rumpus Room with XBox, smart TV, dart board and heaps of games.

Note: Firewood and kindling are not provided but can be purchased from the service station on the way into Sanctuary Point.

KITCHEN

A well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Double width fridge/freezer, electric oven and cooktop, toaster, kettle, and microwave. Nespresso pod coffee machine (a handful of pods provided to get you started).

OUTSIDE

A large covered outdoor deck with dining for 6, comfortable seating for 4 and 4 burner gas BBQ. A fully secure, fully fenced backyard.

PETS

This property is suitable for pets. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. A fully secure, fully fenced front yard so your pet is in full view. Pets are not permitted on furniture or on beds. You must clean up after your pet, failure to do so will result in a $50.00 charge to your bond.

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). The property manager accepts VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS

This property is surrounded by permanent residents.

Strictly no parties of any kind will be tolerated.

Guests that don't respect the property or neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
