This is the perfect getaway for family getaways, with 2 living areas and the upstairs deck to spread out on, there is even a playground in the backyard for the younger ones. Located in central Busselton, the Busselton Tennis Club is just across the road, and there are a wide range of activities to choose from within walking distance. The Busselton foreshore boasts a range of restaurants, breweries and cafes, and there are sprawling grassed areas and playgrounds available for the children.
The house is an exceptionally well built beach-style family home with 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom. Downstairs there is also a separate TV room for the children, access to the lockable garage, and backyard area. Upstairs is the main living and dining area and kitchen. The living area opens out onto a large deck with views out towards Busselton and Geographe Bay. The master bedroom is located on this level, with a private ensuite. The master opens out onto a deck area where you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace. The upstairs area is airconditioned for year-round comfort.
Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting the property manager after booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
Other notes: There is an ornamental car in the front yard. This is not a play toy for children, please ensure children are supervised around the car.
