This place offers the perfect holiday for those looking to unwind and relax whilst enjoying all the mighty Clarence River has on offer.
This property enjoys an open plan lounge dining kitchen that spills out to a vast timber deck, ideal for entertaining guests or just relaxing whilst watching the glorious sunsets over the river.
A private pontoon directly off the deck allows you to keep your boat or canoe tied up for the length of your holiday.
The main bedroom enjoys private ensuite, queen bed, robe, ceiling fan and large glass sliders leading to the lounge room and looking out to the peaceful river views.
The second bedroom with queen bed also has fan and robe.
The third bunk bedroom has two double bunks allowing you to accommodate a big extended family.
A convenient three-way bathroom with separate loo keeps the whole family happy.
Good size Laundry with clothesline at the side of the property and a remote-controlled garage with direct access into the unit completes this tidy holiday package.
This property accommodates 8 people, you can also bring the family dog (small secure yard) and the boat.
Situated right on the canals leading to Crystal Bay & the Clarence River, fishing and boating is a breeze from this property.
However,if lakes are more to your liking, you're only 5 minutes drive to Lake Wooloweyah.
Or choose from any of our beautiful beaches in Yamba - Lovers Point, Convent Beach, Main Beach, Pippi Beach, Turners and Whiting Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky's Beach & Back Beach.
Park the car and walk to Yamba's largest shopping centre, Yamba Shopping Fair is located only 1.5kms away.
This facility includes a Coles, Target Country, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores.
Outside this complex in Treelands Drive, are cafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.
Or a short drive, only 4.7kms to the gift stores, boutiques, grocerystores or cafes, bars and restaurants in Yamba's Main Street, less than 900m away, or take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs.
For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch amovie at Yamba Cinema which is also located just above the main street in Yamba.

Iluka is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of River St and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up Iluka's main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club, Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Fishermans Co-op.
Major towns of Ballina and Grafton are within an hour's drive, both with airports, larger shopping facilities.

The perfect spot! We have been coming to yamba for many years and have stayed in a variety of houses, units and duplexes. Hook wine and sinker was exactly what we needed! Big enough for two couples/families, everything was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well supplied with ample plates, pots and pans. The deck was sensational, the view over the water very relaxing and beautiful. We loved fishing off the deck and catching large whiting! This was probably the best holiday we've had in yamba in nearly 30 years we've been coming here! Highly recommend the duplex! Can't wait until next year!

A Wonderful Place To Stay Hook, Wine and Sinker is a wonderful place to stay. The deck and living rooms look out over the water. The main bedroom has a floor to ceiling glass door also looking out on the water - a great way to wake up. If privacy is required, there is a blind covering the glass door. The 2 other bedrooms are a good size and have lots of storage. The view of sunset is to die for. And on our second last evening we spotted a dolphin cruising about 100 metres from the deck. The house is impeccably clean. Even the garage is spotless. The house is well equipped. We highly recommend Hook, Wine and Sinker.
