Located in the stunning bush and farmland setting of Yallingup Hills overlooking the world class Petra Oils olive grove, the famous Roo-topia and stunning views across the valley to the Indian Ocean. The house is surrounded by lush gardens and lawns which attract a constant stream of kangaroos visiting from the neighbouring bush.

The view encompasses one of the largest gathering of kangaroos, nicknamed Roo-topia, in Australia and during your stay at you will be surrounded by the unique wild life of the south west in the extensive gardens blending into surrounding bushland to meet the resident kangaroos, birds and other native animals. There are short walking trails around the property and walking access to some of the regional attractions including the Yallingup wood-fired bakery, Yallingup caves, Petra oils and many restaurants, wineries and breweries and the famous gardens of Caves House. For the less energetic, you can lounge in the protected alfresco area and enjoy a BBQ while breathing in the expansive and gorgeous salty views spanning from Mount Duckworth west to the Indian Ocean and enjoying the cooling sea-breeze. When the winter weather sets in, nothing beats a cosy evening in front of the blazing wood fire with a good book or download from the ultra-fast wireless internet, before enjoying the areas attractions without the summer crowds.

The modern, pavilion style house has four bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests and two separate living areas, perfect if you wish to give the children, or yourselves, some well-earned quiet time. The main living area is open plan with cathedral ceilings, timber floors and floor to ceiling windows, making the most of its beautiful setting and spectacular views.

The house is equipped with two kitchens with a large gourmet kitchen in the main area and a small kitchenette and separate living area in the north wing. The main kitchen is furnished with American Oak timber cabinets, stone bench tops and all the contemporary appliances you should expect. Entertainment hasn''t been forgotten with two large screen TVs, Bluetooth sound systems and fast internet.

The master bedroom in the south wing, has fabulous views of the gardens, an en-suite bathroom and is located away from the other bedrooms. The second living area is equipped with a basic /kitchenette and is built around the other 3 bedrooms and a well-equipped bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and one with two king singles; all of them enjoying a lookout over the property and the wonderful gardens.

The property is located in a peaceful setting away from the summer crowds but the bustling shopping town of Dunsborough is only a five-minute drive away for all your shopping needs. A range of beaches are within 5 to 10 minutes in protected Geographe Bay or the Indian Ocean at Yallingup, Injidup or Smiths Beach to watch the spectacular surfing at these famous breaks.

The home provides the perfect place to enjoy the calm and serenity of the location while allowing quick access to many of the Margaret River area highlights. Yallingup beach is one of Australia''s original surfing towns and most recently been named Australias best town! You''ll usually find surfers sharing the waves with the local dolphins who surf the waves there too, while you can enjoy the protected swimming in the lagoon and the unforgettable sunsets. Try the lagoon or ask about the nearby famous natural spa, aquarium or mermaids pool!

Yallingup is a beautiful part of the world and Chez Nous is the perfect place to enjoy the stunning landscapes, wildlife, attractions and the restaurants and wineries on your doorstep.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting the property manager after booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
