Property Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • If the need arises to cancel or vary a Booking, please contact the property manager immediately.
  • In the case of a cancellation by the Guest, money paid will not be refundable unless the house is re-let at the same rate for the entire period.
  • Should a refund be applicable, it will be made by the payment method used by the Guests at the time of Booking.
  • A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those nights.
  • A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of Guests will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those Guests.
  • An administration fee will be charged for any variation or cancellation.
  • Where there is a minimum night’s stay policy of two or more nights, no refund will be made for a variation to the extent that it breaches the minimum night’s stay policy.
  • Management will make every effort to ensure the Property is available as booked. However, Management reserves the right to make alterations to Bookings where necessary.

About This Property

Appealing 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Ventnor VIC. This property only accommodates outdoor pets. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a walk along the beach. This property can accommodate up to 11 people with 3 rooms and 7 beds at your disposal. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

This unique, three bedroom, two bathroom home is located just 150m from Ventnor beach, with a delightful children's playground on the foreshore.

The home is equipped with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with TV, DVD player, Wii Nintendo games console and gas log fire, plus an air-conditioned second living area/family room opening onto a sheltered deck with cafe blinds.

To cap it off, there is a table tennis-table in the huge double garage for lots of family fun! Ample parking is provided, with off-street parking in the capacious driveway for several vehicles, including a boat, and with the Cowes boat ramp withing an easy 10 minute drive, this home will suit fishing and boating enthusiasts alike.

"This " is an attractive holiday destination in a great location, and provides excellent accommodation no matter what the reason for your visit to the Island.

Whether you've come for the beach, the track, for business or just to go fishing, this property offers everything you will need to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Bedding Configuration

The home is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 12:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed

Bedroom 2: One Double bed

Bedroom 3: Two Double beds and a set of single bunks

There is also a fold-out Queen-size divan in the second living area suitable for two adults.

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.

Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise the property manager after booking if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
