This is a charming holiday rental located in the serene coastal town of Sussex Inlet. This delightful property offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect choice for your holiday getaway. Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home provides ample space to accommodate up to seven guests.

Things to note about the property:

• Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
• Aircon and WIFI are available.
• Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
• No smoking inside the house
• Pets ARE allowed (Outside only)
• No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)

Inside
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious lounge room, where you can unwind and relax after a day of exploration. Continuing through, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table, creating a welcoming space for enjoying meals together.

The bedrooms are conveniently situated to the right of the entrance, ensuring privacy and tranquillity during your stay. Each bedroom is decorated and designed to provide a restful retreat for a good night's sleep.

Outside
In addition to the main lounge room and kitchen, Duck Inn boasts a second lounge room, which doubles as a sunroom. This bright and airy space offers a comfortable seating area and provides access to the backyard. Here, you'll discover outdoor furniture where you can soak up the sun, a private jetty for those who love boating, and ample parking space for your boat.

For those who enjoy outdoor dining, there is a BBQ available for use, allowing you to savour delicious meals in the fresh air. Duck Inn is also pet-friendly, welcoming your furry friends to join you on your holiday. However, please note that pets must be kept outside only.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

This property is in a great location and water access and view is fantastic. Unfortunately I found mound in the curtains, carpet in the bathroom, the ducted air conditioning does not work and no ceiling fans to circulate air. I will not be rebooking this property. L J Hooker we’re very helpful with anything requested.

Staff at LJ Hooker Sussex Inlet were great and very helpful. The house was lovely and clean with easy access to our boat and waterways from the rear yard. A relaxing and enjoyable time by all. Will be back. Thank you.

Great place for a relaxing vacation right on the water. Well appointed property with all the amenities one can imagine. 3 x TVs, board games, very clean property with very comfortable furniture and bedding. Well appointed kitchen too. Can recommend with confidence. The letting agents too were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

We booked with L J Hooker and the lady recommended this place and we were overjoyed with the property. A great location and the house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows and duvets. Well equipped kitchen too. Although we did not watch any TV, there were 3 in the property. Lots of board games were there which would be good for families. Overall a wonderful place which we can recommend with confidence.
