Property Manager's Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is continually being reviewed to ensure that we are taking into account developments associated with Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have amended our cancellation policy in alignment with advice from the Australian Federal Government and the ACCC.

This policy is continually being reviewed as the situation unfolds. If you are unable to travel due to travel restrictions, we will issue a credit for the amount of money paid (less any commissions paid to online booking agents such as Booking.com, STAYZ, Airbnb, etc.) otherwise, our standard terms (outlined below under the section Cancellation) will apply. This credit can be used at any property within our portfolio within 12 months from the removal of the travel restrictions by the Australian Government.

Cancellations and Date Changes ::

Cancellation:

If a guest requests to cancel, we will reopen the dates for sale across all available booking channels and will endeavour to rebook the dates. While every attempt will be made to secure a full paying booking, a discount may be applied to the rate in order to secure a booking. This discount will be based on industry and business knowledge and will not be preapproved or reviewed with the guest as it will be subject to further change at any time. Cancellations may result in a loss of the total booking amount. All cancellations will incur 10% of rental fee, cancellation fee and the non-refundable booking fee.

The following scenarios apply:

If we can rebook your dates for the same rate, the deposit will be refunded less the booking fee and 10% of rental fee cancellation fee. If we need to discount the property to rebook the original dates booked, the deposit will be refunded less the difference between the rates, the booking fee and 10% of rental fee . If a replacement booking is not secured, the guest will forfeit any funds paid. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover you in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. ::

Date changes:

Date changes are only possible at our discretion and may incur cancellation fees as well as rent charges (against the original booking). Any additional rent charges due to changes in season or length of stay must be covered by the guest.

Changes made by us:

All bookings are made in good faith of ongoing short term letting by owners however may be subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the owner(s) of the property which are outside their control. Reasonable actions will be made by us to offer alternative accommodation should this occur. If there is no alternative accommodation available a full refund of the amount already paid will be made. We will not be liable to refund any fees guests may have paid to any third party in connection with their stay, including but not limited to fees for travel, insurance or activities. In the event that the property booked is listed for sale, the guest agrees to allow the owner or agent to inspect the property with the prospective purchasers, by appointment and during reasonable hours.

About This Property

Enchanting Hideaway, 3-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in Sorrento VIC. Your pet is welcome inside this property! Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. This property can accommodate up to 10 people with 3 rooms and 6 beds at your disposal. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a walk along the beach. If it happens to get a bit cool during your holiday, not a problem, just get the fire going. This property has a fireplace or slow combustion heater. All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

Strictly NO SCHOOLIES groups. We, unfortunately, don't have the systems in place to manage schoolie or young large group bookings under 28 years of age

We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire, for short Stays.

A fabulous Sorrento getaway, this traditional beach house is set in a great location within easy 7 mins walking distance of the vibrant village shops and cafes, beautiful bay and ocean beaches.
Featuring an appealing older style 3 bedroom cottage, with polished timber floors, open plan living and new furnishings, and a brand new oversized entertaining deck overlooking the lovely established backyard which is perfect for a game of cricket and room for your furry friend to roam (by prior arrangement).

The fully equipped kitchen is light and clean and comes equipped with Miele appliances and a dishwasher. Sliding doors from the kitchen open to a sunny deck, perfect for barbecues on a balmy night, while the main floor is completed with two comfortable bedrooms, both with builtin robes, share the brand new main family bathroom with underfloor heating, separate shower, fullsize bath, and a separate toilet. Downstairs via an internal spiral staircase*is a large kids' retreat/bunk room and bathroom/laundry.

Please note that due to spiral staircase, this house may not be suitable for small children

NBN WiFi (note: WiFi service can be intermittent on the coast, we cannot guarantee access/quality of service, especially during peak periods)

Smoke alarms and fire extinguisher

Fully fenced, Pet Friendly by prior arrangement. Additional cleaning charges of $80 will be incurred

Bed Linen and Bath Towels provided at $39 per head (or BYO)

Young groups may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $50. This is due to the strict Mornington Peninsula Code of Conduct rules. Note: We prefer mature adults or family groups. If you have any queries please contact us prebooking so we can clarify.

Amazing location and good size home We loved our stay here. Namely the location is so close to everything, you really don't need a car and it's also a nice home for a getaway with your partner or small family. Very clean and everything worked. Would definitely stay here again.
