Two-story contemporary beach-side style property, with privacy and class! This superb four-bedroom home with glimpses of the bay is only walking distance to both the front and ocean beaches, along with the sailing club.
Featuring north facing decks and balconies, a sparkling in-ground pool and spa and self-contained living areas on each level, this carefully planned residence is the perfect holiday retreat with loads of space for guests.
The spectacular main living area includes a gas log fire for winter ambiance, room to lounge and dine and doors that flow out to the wide balcony where there are several outdoor areas, including one next to the Master bedroom, both offering spots to sit and talk or share a drink.
The sensational kitchen includes Jarrah and Beech cabinetry, granite bench-tops, Smeg stainless steel appliances, and an adjoining bar or servery area with a wall-mounted drinks fridge with glass doors, while the downstairs living area has a second kitchen and doors that open to the pool terrace.
The home also features a heated outdoor in-ground swimming pool and spa, split system air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, Foxtel, surround sound system, WIFI, and a carport.
Living & Dining
The beauty of this home is that there are many places to find solitude. There are many living zones both inside and out that make this property not only exceptional but perfect for a large family or perhaps a couple of families who like to holiday together. In fact, two families could live almost remotely from each other. On both levels, you will find a kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The alfresco area also offers a glimpse of the bay and passing ships. The kitchen is fantastic as it combines all the modern elements to make food preparation easy and it also lends itself to entertaining. There is a fabulous black granite bench-top that acts as a bar and encourages people to socialise while cooking up a storm. The commercial bar fridge also helps. Diamond View can not be understated and would suit the absolute astute and discerning guest!
Bed & Bath
Bedroom 1 - the Master suite is gorgeous, be quick to claim this room! Includes a large King size bed, an oversized ensuite, large TV, and direct access to the alfresco lounge - would give you little reason to leave the room!
Bedroom 2 - includes1 x Double bed and has access to the central bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - includes 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 4 - includes 1 x Queen bed
Both bedrooms have access to an enormous central bathroom, with spa bath and separate powder room. The advantage of this level also is, it has direct access to the pool surrounded in beautiful sandstone.
Additional 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed downstairs (ideally suitable for 2 small children or 1 adult only)

Great location! Great location to enjoy Sorrento and Mornington. Walking distance to beaches and shops. Large home with lots of room to host holiday or family events.
Spacious for two families. The pool. Perfect location. Walking distance to Sorrento Beach. Very Spacious.
Reading all the reviews I couldnt wait. Found the place to be very underwelming. Pool and spa were not heated when we arrived took 6 hours for pool and 2 for spa and you couldn't heat both at the same time. Outdoor furniture needs updating. Old and weathered. Grandkids all got splinters from decking which needs attending too.Foxtel great but no Movie Channel. Needed it especially with bad weather. Overall tired and certainly needs updating.
