We had such a great time. Walking distance to everything, exceptional amenities, clean, spacious, dog friendly. l highly recommend a stay there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family.

Apologies for not getting round to this review sooner. A couple of things I wanted to mention. One of the fly screens in the dining area had fallen off its window. We also found that the kettle provided had broken pieces of plastic internally so we brought a cheap replacement and left it behind for use. Overall we had a great stay and will be booking to return.

We had a great time for a few days from 30/6 till 3/7. The only thing that was a negative this time was that the ducted heating wasn’t working. Considering it is winter that was disappointing as the whole of the house was not heated effectively. We used the reverse cycle heating and were provides with electric heaters for the bathrooms. But I expect this should be rectified considering we are expecting a fully functioning comfortable home when we book and pay.

Although the house is well equipped, there are a number of issues that made the stay "just" acceptable. It was extremely cold (just bad luck), but the promised manual for the heating was not to be found in the "folder of manuals". The place is also not being cleaned properly...move a rug or a lamp and you'll see that nothing has been lifted or moved for some time. When we booked, we didn't realise the property was on Melbourne Road which carries a huge amount of traffic. Not a relaxing spot.

A beautiful large house - perfect for us as we had my son and his girlfriend staying with us. We had a great time.

We had a lovely time. It was a very spacious well designed and appointed home. If we holiday at Sorrento again we would definitely rebook it. Just some feedback - they need more drinking glasses and a kitchen sink plug that fits also you cant open the door to the TV room. Also the aircon in the master was dripping water so we turned it off. Thanks so much we had a lovely time there.

This property is about a two-minute drive to the main street of Sorrento. There are two wings of the house with lots of space for two families. There are many outdoor areas. The kitchen is well-equipped and the heating/cooling (including open fire) is divine. The Verve team are great communicators and whilst being firm and clear with expectations they were also warm and welcoming. We will be back.

Fantastic location, lovely sunny house with lots of big windows and perfect for families with kids. The beds were very comfy as described by other folks on holiday. It was also very handy to have an outdoor shower as well that I could control the temperature and have beautiful warm showers after a visit at the beach! We really enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely home to stay in - so close to the back beach and a nice walk to town of Sorrento. The kitchen was really well appointed! It had everything we needed. It is a shame that the main TV was not a smart TV like the one in the small den area. The exterior needs some work but all in all in good shape. The first night was very windy and branches hit the roof above kids bedroom which sounded like animals in/under/on the house! Should be trimmed back. AC/Wifi/Fireplace was all great!

A fabulous house! We stayed for a week with our 3 young kids and it was just perfect. Lovely sun coming in in the morning and a sunny deck outside for the evenings. Beautifully appointed with all the kitchen appliances, tea and coffee and other little things that make it an easy and happy place to be. Thank you!

On the upside, the house was spacious, well-appointed and an enjoyable place to stay. That being said the property requires some much needed maintenance, particularly regarding external lighting which is a safety hazard at night, particularly for people like my 91 year old mum. Tried to include details here but it appears there is a character limit in this Comments section.

Hi Verve We really enjoyed our stay. There are a couple of things that needs some attending to that were in this state when we arrived: (i) One of the lights in the ensuite is not working (ii) The tap in the ensuite is broken (it pulls to the left) (iii) The bank of lights in front on the fire place do not work properly - it seems as though the dimmer switch is not working (iv) I would suggest that you need all the lights checked throughout the house as not all lights were working Thanks

The house is well appointed, comfortable and child and pet friendly. i.e. enclosed neatly on all boundaries. Definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Accomation was great with fresh sheets on the beds, wood staked ready for a fire. Ducted heating through out. Great kitchen setup and bbq worked a treat. Short 10 min walk to township. We will be back!

This property has everything you need, is close to Sorrento and the beach. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Would stay again.

This house was everything we hoped it would be and more, it was walking distance to the main street and really open and light and great for holiday entertaining. It is fabulous to have the parents bedrooms in a separate area to the other bedrooms as well. We would highly recommend this house and will be staying again. We also really appreciated how well appointed it was and they left us a gorgeous gourmet welcome present.

We had a wonderful time away. Thank you for providing a spacious home with plenty of outdoor area to enjoy when the sun was out. Despite it bedding close to the main road the house was quiet and peaceful at all times - could not hear the traffic at all. The living spaces were comfortable and the house was furnished well with enough space for all of us to enjoy together or separately. Spacious kitchen and plenty of sitting area in the living room - fireplace was wonderful each evening to wind down in front of and watch the footy on tv.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house over Easter. It had everything we needed and bedrooms were easily configured to suit our group. Thank you and we will be back soon.

Very comfortable and clean and in a great location (short walk to Sorrento's front beach.) 3 deck areas and 2 living rooms allow for plenty of space for everyone and catching morning and afternoon sun. Had a great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. It is ideally located at walking distance from the beach and the main street in Sorrento. The house has everything you need to relax after a day at the beach. It's big enough to give everyone privacy if you are stuck inside with a toddler because of the rain!

A lovely house for a Peninsula holiday. The house was beautifully furnished, spacious, full of light. It had everything we needed for a great Christmas break.

This is a truly relaxing space, everything expressed comfort with a stylish edge. It is a very clean light filled space, even on wet grey sky days this home with all its big open windows was the perfect space to be in, not to mention warm!

As soon as you walk into the home you feel more relaxed, it is very well appointed and very comfortable (including the beds). The weather was mostly cool during our stay, so we got to enjoy the ambiance of the open fireplace in the evenings and for anyone that enjoys letting the fresh air in when the weather is warm enough, most of the doors and windows have screens fitted so you can enjoy it without needing to worry about flying insects coming in. The only small issue we had was the variability of the hot water temperature in the ensuite when showering, but all in all its a great place to stay.

Very stylish and tasteful decoration with a plethora of equipment in the kitchen. All in all a very nice house and be sure to walk the four minutes to the St. Paul's Road General Store for great hamburgers and coffee!

Loved our stay in Sorrento and this place definitely added to that enjoyment. Great beds, good shower, big open fire ( we stayed in winter). Perfectly located to walk to town or the beach/bay. I could imagine that the summer time would really see this place come into its own, with bi-fold / sliding doors opening to allow great air flow. Something to plan for next time.

The house is beautifully designed and decorated. It was freezing outside but toasty warm inside and at different times of the day we could sit in the sun on one of the 3 decks. It's clean and fresh and close to everything. We Loved our stay.

Stayed in February 2016 with my parents, wife, and two young children. Fantastic, modern house with all mod cons ideally situated for Sorrento shops and the beaches. Will definitely be going back!

We had the most amazing weekend from start to finish. The house and its facilities were amazing. The weather was appalling and as such we opted to stay in and burn wood in the amazing fire and relax in the facilities. The spa was great the fire so toasty and warm and the entire weekend a huge success!

After paying deposits on two homes (6 months prior) to a rival booking agency only to be told on both occasions that they were no longer available (gazumped ?) booked this house with verve travel who, from the onset were very professional and everything was just perfect ! Highly recommended!
