Property Manager's Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is continually being reviewed to ensure that we are taking into account developments associated with Coronavirus (COVID-19). We have amended our cancellation policy in alignment with advice from the Australian Federal Government and the ACCC.

This policy is continually being reviewed as the situation unfolds. If you are unable to travel due to travel restrictions, we will issue a credit for the amount of money paid (less any commissions paid to online booking agents such as Booking.com, STAYZ, Airbnb, etc.) otherwise, our standard terms (outlined below under the section Cancellation) will apply. This credit can be used at any property within our portfolio within 12 months from the removal of the travel restrictions by the Australian Government.

Cancellations and Date Changes ::

Cancellation:

If a guest requests to cancel, we will reopen the dates for sale across all available booking channels and will endeavour to rebook the dates. While every attempt will be made to secure a full paying booking, a discount may be applied to the rate in order to secure a booking. This discount will be based on industry and business knowledge and will not be preapproved or reviewed with the guest as it will be subject to further change at any time. Cancellations may result in a loss of the total booking amount. All cancellations will incur 10% of rental fee, cancellation fee and the non-refundable booking fee.

The following scenarios apply:

If we can rebook your dates for the same rate, the deposit will be refunded less the booking fee and 10% of rental fee cancellation fee. If we need to discount the property to rebook the original dates booked, the deposit will be refunded less the difference between the rates, the booking fee and 10% of rental fee . If a replacement booking is not secured, the guest will forfeit any funds paid. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover you in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. ::

Date changes:

Date changes are only possible at our discretion and may incur cancellation fees as well as rent charges (against the original booking). Any additional rent charges due to changes in season or length of stay must be covered by the guest.

Changes made by us:

All bookings are made in good faith of ongoing short term letting by owners however may be subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the owner(s) of the property which are outside their control. Reasonable actions will be made by us to offer alternative accommodation should this occur. If there is no alternative accommodation available a full refund of the amount already paid will be made. We will not be liable to refund any fees guests may have paid to any third party in connection with their stay, including but not limited to fees for travel, insurance or activities. In the event that the property booked is listed for sale, the guest agrees to allow the owner or agent to inspect the property with the prospective purchasers, by appointment and during reasonable hours.

Blissful 5-bedroom pet friendly holiday accommodation in SAN REMO VIC. Air conditioning will keep you cool while your dog will enjoy the fully fenced yard. Why not enjoy a BBQ on the deck or a walk along the beach. This property can accommodate up to 12 people with 5 rooms and 8 beds at your disposal. Your pet is welcome inside this property! All this and more will make your holiday perfect and your pet will enjoy it too!

Strictly NO SCHOOLIES groups. We, unfortunately, don't have the systems in place to manage schoolie or young adult bookings under 25

Flexible COVID 19 change policy applies for all bookings if in lock down COVID Plan in place. 

With comfort in mind for the large family, the property is positioned high on the hill to capture the Westernport bay views and surrounding coastline from this sought after location.

Set over 2 levels and featuring 5 bedrooms, there is a homely feel upon entering. Bright and spacious with neutral tones and feature panelling throughout, this holiday residence has been designed with the main living area upstairs to bask in the spectacular sunset views.

Downstairs the kids' have their own space with 3 generous bedrooms and a full size billiards and foosball tablein the entertainment lounge area. Leading from the downstairs lounge is also a fully fenced outdoor courtyard which includes a sheltered deck, seating, gas BBQ and a firepit. The main bathroom and separate laundry complete this ground floor.

Moving upstairs, with water glimpses from the lounge, dining and kitchen areas, there is room to regroup with the family after a day at the nearby swimming beaches.The bright and clean kitchen includes all modern stainless steel appliances, generous bench space and is bathed in natural sunlight and views. Adjacent to the kitche nis a separate dining room with access to the deck from the sliding doors. A perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner in the comfortable chairs as the sun sets.

Finishing the upper level are 2 good sized bedrooms, both with queen beds and a bathroom.

There is onsite parking for 4 cars, including boat parking.

The fishing village of San Remo is a popular tourist destintation with restaurants, cafes and pelican feeding for the kids all within a short walk away.

Bed Linen and Bath Towels are provided free of charge

Young groups may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $50. This is due to the strict Mornington Peninsula Code of Conduct rules. Note: We prefer mature adults, or family groups. If you have any queries please contact us pre booking so we can clarify.
